Biggby Coffee in Bardstown is so much better than Starbucks! The employees here are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. Their coffee is consistently delicious, and they have awesome energy drinks — super refreshing and colorful. The food options are great too, perfect for breakfast or a quick afternoon pick-me-up. Definitely my new go-to coffee stop in Bardstown!

If i could rate the service more than 5 stars i would. My mom and I stop in every Saturday before running errands and it has always been fantastic service and great drinks. I have a heart condition and cant have caffeine and they are always very attentive about making sure my drink is decaf, i feel so safe getting drinks here knowing im not going to get caffeined on accident.

Coffee and food we’re tasty but I still think they’re working on getting the service down. My sandwich was ready 20 minutes before my drink. they forgot about my drink it sat on the counter and got watered down for over 20 minutes. everyone was really nice and helpful but I think they still have some things in the service aspect to work on

People were friendly but no one had a designated job. I seen 2 different on the same register. 1 started my order anther finished taking my order. Second lady took payment. First lady decided it wasn’t done correctly so she voided my payment. When I asked how til funds are returned she looked at me like I had 2 heads. No refund ticket given. Really disappointed in my first time in the store

I’ve been knowing there was a new coffee shop in town, but today was the day I got to taste one of their caramel Frappuccino and let me tell you, It was the best I’ve ever had!!!The taste is so rich so delicious it feels like happiness in a cup I will change Starbucks for Biggby anytime!!!
