First time giving it a try. It was a big cup of coffee. Just like I like it….hot. Gave the dark roast a try. I will say that I liked it and would drink it again but for some it may be strong.

*UPDATE* They’ve definitely gotten way better and a little faster, iced lattes are 100% better than dunkin! **Original post* Waited in drive-thru for maybe 15 min with no cars in front of me for 2 drinks and 1 cookie, just to get a raw super soft NOT COOKED cookie ! Everyone there working looked lost. Also what’s the point of the APP if you’re not going to scan it?

Went to Biggby Coffee today and Dominique was awesome! She made my drink perfectly and was really friendly the whole time. Great vibes and great coffee — she’s a fantastic barista. Will definitely be back!

They’re just very sweet…I added an extra shot for a total of 3 shots in a 16oz latte. The espresso flavor was totally overwhelmed. I asked for 1/3 sweet, was told the honey cinn vanilla isn’t sweet at all, so obliged to 1/2 sweet… and it was sickeningly sweet. I LOVE that they use Monin syrups- they are naturally a little less sweet, are mostly natural, and aren’t artificial tasting. Thats where it ends. Also for the love of all things, teach your Baristas how to properly steam milk. Im tired of getting scorched milk or cappuccino type froth when I order a latte. It’s the same price as the lattes from a local shop, so if you like coffee, maybe stay away- or just add your own sugar. I think the largest issue is the barista- a bad barista can make any great coffee bad. The service was great though. So three stars for service and the quality syrups. Im being nice- Starbucks also has the same problem, only atleast you can taste their coffee.

So happy to see Biggby again! I got a frozen Butterbear for the first time in 10 years (since we lived in Michigan) and it was amazing. They blend their drinks so much smoother than other coffee places, and the taste is so much richer. Even my husband likes it and he’s not a coffee guy. I’ll be passing through Aynor a lot more often now!
