This is our favorite coffee shop! The crew is always super friendly and are always in great spirit amongst themselves which is great to see. We especially love the bragels but also enjoy their blueberry muffins! The caramel marvel frozen with an extra shot of espresso is my go to while my girlfriend loves her iced matcha latte with cold foam. The indoor seating is super comfortable from the cushy leather chairs to the tables and chairs. They also have an outdoor patio with chairs and umbrellas which are really nice in the comfortable weather. I can also say that the bathroom is always really clean and tidy.

It was all thanks to joey at the register, who made it an exceptional experience yesterday. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. He spread his joyful energy and I was ever so grateful for it. It set the tone for the rest of the transaction. He made me smile and the food was delicious (whoever made it thanks) so I’d like for this young man to be recognized for this level of customer service. It is very important to have a cheerful and friendly person at the register at all times. There were 2 times out of the many I’ve visited, that there was a young lady at the register and I was so disappointed with her attitude. So I hope to never experience that again. I will definitely let HQ know abiut this wonderful guy named Joey because he was truly awesome!! Thanks again for the experience. ❤️

The woman taking my order was so incredibly sweet. The drinks were incredible. This was my first time being here and I will definitely be back. They have a good variety of breakfast options and a new Lemon muffin for spring. They have better options for cold brew/cold foam and also have Boba energy teas with fun flavors!

I was happy to have a coffee shop by my house. However, Biggby has proved disappointing. The staff are friendly and competent. However, the store does not offer coffee less than 16 oz., so just going in is a mandatory up-sell, costing more money because you cannot buy a smaller drink. I have quit going.

Has been my go to for a year now. Gio is always super nice and helpful! One of the girls (wish I caught her name) made me a jack-o’-lantern cold brew today and it’s AMAZING!

I used to come to this location on a regular basis. Lately the customer service here is lacking. Right when I walk in, I’m greeted but rushed to order. I had no time to look over the menu and order more. As I waited for my bagel, I sat down in one of the chairs. The floor was filthy on the carpet and it had multiple stains. As my food was ready, I politely said thank you and received no response. Like I inconvenienced them by showing up. Most of the conversations the bar/bro istas had to do with what a previous customer ordered and how disgusting it was. I guess they forgot they are in an open air kitchen and their conversations carry. I’m disappointed and probably won’t be back.

I love coming to this location because I can walk and get my steps in. I’ve been coming for a while with no issues. I am lactose intolerant and I’ve been noticing daily stomach aches and nausea for the past week or so, so I started tracking everything I ate everyday. I never thought it was my daily coffee because I order it with no whip and oat milk. Until one day I said to myself I would watch them prepare my coffee and there it was, the barista was adding 2% milk in my coffee in addition to the oat milk!!!! I believe they have been doing this that’s why I’ve been having painful stomach issues for the last two weeks!! I didn’t say anything to him because I dont like confrontation. I dont think this was an accident because again I have been having pains for two weeks and I came everyday. I assume its to stretch the oat milk ( I dont know for a fact) but I threw it in the trash when I got home. I haven’t had a stomach ache since I stopped going. I’m not sure if they use half dairy and half non dairy milk, when asked for oat milk , if so they need to disclose that to customers.

So I already love BIGGBY a lot, the drinks are always amazing, but I need to leave this review to let everyone know how amazing the employees are at this location! As soon as I step inside, I always feel welcome and there’s always so much positivity from everyone. When I visited this evening (06/04/23), it was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I want to say thank you again for the kindness you gave me and my pups today. I will never forget it!

The avalanche cold brew is so good! Chocolate mint coffee is great for a warm morning. Muffin was fresh too. Will definitely make this my new morning spot
