2 drive-thru lanes (24 hour) and a walk-up window (dawn to dusk) at this location. Clean and friendly. Even gave pup cups (whipped cream) to my poodles. Super nice. Sometimes I want a certain flavor or taste and they always figure out what to put in my drink to get me that taste. Their breakfast sandwich (the bacon, cheese, egg, and bun) is SO MUCH tastier (maybe it’s that garlic aioli???) and even bigger than the S-bucks place. Anyways, I don’t drink coffee but everything else is super cool. And I love Sasquatch. ❤️

I frequent Bigfoot Java quite often. My friend and I. We will buy a two Red Bull drink each.
They don’t have anywhere for you to sit so we park our car in their parking lot while we’re sipping on our double Red Bull drink and the employee comes out and tells us we can’t be on their property that it’s private. We know it’s private but we’re customers. We just spent $24 at your location. We should be able to stay more than 5 minutes drinking a drink. This is the second time that this has happened at two different Bigfoot Javas within 5 minutes of spending $24. What is the problem with Bigfoot Java and considering themselves private property when a customer is all they’re trying to do is drink and consume what they spent. We’ll go somewhere else next time where customers are appreciated. Possibly like McDonald’s or Starbucks where you at least have 30 minutes to an hour to enjoy a conversation and drink your drink. Bigfoot Java needs to improve its customer service and stop acting all prissy.

I use to love coming to this coffee shop but after you guys hired in Grace.. I went by today and got a drink and when ordering she gave me the weirdest looks and interaction ever. I was totally blown by the way she was talking to me. Then later on as I am scrolling on social media I come across her page of her talking negatively about the drink I ordered. I don’t know if this is what you want to represent as a company. But I have posted your worker on every platform there is and if you want to have a successful business you would get rid of her! Disgusting !!!

We were staying in the hotel next door. I sent my son with $20 to buy a $9 smoothie. He was told they couldn’t give him change. No problem I thought…I went back there spoke to the same employee that had helped him and asked to buy a coffee for myself with his $11 change they had kept or take the $20 back and pay for both with my card. She remembered him and said “Sorry, we don’t give change and I told your son this. He seemed confused.” Yes he was I said. She refused to do anything. Wow! What a way to increase your tips. My son said the smoothie is delicious and I bought a coffee here two weeks ago when we were in town for basketball as we are this weekend. Needless to say I will not support them again. It would have been very simple to either credit a coffee for me with his change or let me pay with my card. I own a bar and frequently leave big tips as I see how much it means to my own employees to feel appreciated by customers, but just keeping change from a kid is wrong. If your policy is no cash then you should have had no problem letting me switch it out onto my card when I came back. I was planning on buying coffee and breakfast. Your company would have made more.

Bad server. She put the same spoon in my coffee from the previous customer. Didn’t even know which coffee was which. Coffee was lukewarm and not Hot. And costed me 20 dollars for the worst coffee ever.

Sweet little place. Didnt know what to order, my coDriver is the coffee guy. So he knew what he was getting and I was gonna pass. But the Barista, thru the power of Suggestive Selling, talked me into a Hot Chocolate Flavored beverage, which was Amazing! Still not sure what it was. Very helpful crew. You have a great place here! Keep up the good job!
