When we walked in the sports bar area, there was no one in the restaurant. No greeters, no wait staff, no bartenders. No one was around.
We then went to the take out side. Two ladies were having a conversation, not to be bothered by customers.
After picking up a takeout menu, we were then offered that we could eat there or take out.
We ate in. Food took almost an hour to arrive. A simple pizza and a burger. Burger was ordered but came out very well done and dry. The pizza was tasteless. No flavor whatsoever. The sauce tasted like it came from a can.
The server didn’t check on us for drink refills. She was too busy chatting with the other worker about after work rather than waiting tables. We had to go find her to ask for our check.
The place has much potential but needs better management and a chef. Definitely won’t be back.

I purchased a large plain pizza from here and when I went to pick my order up the box felt so light I had to look in to see if pizza was in the box. This is by far the worst pizza I have ever purchased it is made very very cheap hardly any sauce or cheese. This reminds me of the old $5.99 Pizzarific deals back in the day. I am telling you that the pizza of any other place you can think of is better hands down. After you purchase and go in to pay the cashier will turn the screen at you for a tip for pick up ? Really $16.99 for a large plain and then tip for what ??? The pie is of the cheapest quality of ingredients made. I am not a disgruntled customer or anything like that I am just trying to save people hassle and disappointment. you will have to make you own purchase but just giving a heads up. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

Waited hour in half for delivery food was cold. When I first call Woodys asking about the status of my delivery supposedly the delivery driver got in an accident. When I received the cold food I call spoke to manager she had no clue of a car accident she offered me more food but no need I just warm up the food. The thing that upset me the most is the boneless chicken I paid $10 for it and it is not worthy I should have stuck with the bone in. I pent $ 38 for a cold pizza cold garlic knots cold chicken wings and I dont even know what boneless chicken wing is this.

So let’s start with how poor the customer service is at this location. I ordered a large cheese pizza with a 12 pack of Miller from the coupon book over the phone and the lady was clueless about the menu and was extremely rude. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes just to tell me that my order would take an hour to arrive to my location when it’s only 2 minutes away. I called back 3 times to check the status of my delivery after an hour had gone by. After 2 hours which was extremely unacceptable the delivery had arrived with the pizza colder than the beers!! Then the delivery driver tried to argue with me over the coupon when it took way too long to arrive. We didn’t even receive a refund or the pizza they said they would replace for the long wait! This is by far the worst experience yet. Big Woodys? More like Big Fail! Never ordering from “HANOVER AVE” ever again BYE!

40 mins for some wings and pierogies, yea I will never buy here again. Then they charged me 23$. Apparently you can only get 5 wings with fries. This use to be the spot, I will let all my coworkers not to come here.

Food was okay, service was good, but the bartender charged my card twice saying the manager returned all the money back to my car along with the tip instead of difference. Lucky me it was not my final bill. That Bartender’s shift was over so she had handed me the cheque & then scammed me. When I asked if even the tip came back or only the amount & she said everything & insisted me to hand her my card for payment. Whereas I see my bank statements now, they charged my card twice.

We ordered at 6pm for delivery. My wife calls them at 7pm, they said the driver didn’t get our delivery yet, then she calls again at 7:30pm, and our food was still sitting at the Woodys, I then went up there for our food. They then told me that they delivered our food to the wrong place. And they didn’t give our delivery fee nor the tip back. Didn’t get my food until 8:30pm. Never ordering from the Hanover St., nor 19th St & Hamilton St. ever again. Also, I ordered two pizzas and a 40 ounce of beer. They forgot my 40 ounce while bringing my pizza. They then turned around to grab my 40 ounce of beer and my beer was frosty cold while my pizza was cold also. They lie about everything they do at Woody’s. Their customer service down to the food service sucks.
