I placed an order to go . Upon arrival I stood waiting for a good few minutes before being helped. I asked for the forger and an order of breadsticks I stated a large on both . I come back pick up my order and realize it’s not a large .i was headed back home to North Vernon when I look over at the breadsticks and see black on the edges . I call the place and the phone rang for very long time . I tell guy about the Oder and he states “ I’m sorry , I can assure you we don’t let those go out the door like that . Something must have happened in the oven and I didn’t catch it as they were bagged up . “ first off , obviously you do let these things go out the door because you did on this order . He did refund the cost of the bread that was not fit to eat and went in the trash . However 32.07 for 4 breadsticks and 6 slices of pizza is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not worth the cost that’s for sure .

We went to Big Woods and tried the gyro pizza—it was so good! The flavors all worked perfectly together, and it honestly surprised me how well it turned out. Super tasty and definitely something I’d get again.
The vibe of the place was really nice too, with great service that made the whole experience even better. Big Woods is definitely worth checking out, and I’ll be back for sure!

I ordered a 10 inch Pizza and I asked for half of it to be cheesy bread and half of it to be pepperoni and the lady said that she could do it and I was like great wonderful perfect. And then I added a cheesecake. And then I added a drink. They gave me a 10 inch Pizza with half pepperoni and half bread and cheese. No sauce. No pepperoni I didn’t ask for bread and cheese. I asked for cheesy bread half and if they couldn’t have done it. Then I just would’ve gotten a pepperoni Pizza. Then I got the cheesecake. And when I finally got home there was like milk on the side of the cheesecake, it was disgusting. I have no idea how long it was sitting in the back out of a fridge before I got to it. Then I ordered my drink $3.99 for a 12 ounce kids cup. Are you serious? My whole order was $36. We cannot be so serious right now. $36 for half of Pizza and I didn’t even eat that cheesecake and a sip of soda.

Ordered a side Greek salad and the Primal pizza for take out. Quick to be ready as it looked slow on a Monday evening. Greek salad didn’t have the pepperoncinis but was a decent size for a side salad. Pizza was not worth 25$, didn’t have alot of toppings, not alot of sauce, and was dry. The crust was dry, not flavorful at all. And I picked it up no less than 20 minutes after ordering so it couldn’t of sat around too long. Definitely not somewhere I would go again, go to Columbus or franklin for a good pizza worth the money. The bar tender got my food and she was nice, the most positive part of the experience

Nice little spot.. stopped in after work, been feeling pizza all day.. found this place and was definitely worth it. Started with the bbq pork nachos.. the chips were light and crisp, the bbq sauce was really flavorful and sweet.. had the artisan margarita pizza for dinner which arrived pretty quick.. the basil was fresh and refreshing, very generous slices of mozzarella and crisp tomatoes.. the service was amazing and server was very personable..

Arrived in Columbus to visit our son and he wanted to try this spot. While in a Strip Center the inside of the space was like any other location. Service was great. Apps were on spot. Pizza was the best we’ve had in Columbus. Drinks hit the spot. The local folks that were sitting around us were a great help providing recommendations to a new resident and visiting family. Will definitely visit again!

I’ve always loved Big Woods and this was my first visit to this particular location at the Indiana Premium Outlet Mall. Our overall visit was just as amazing as our visits to the Nashville location! All the food was amazing and the pizza is to die for! Our waitress was also very friendly. Overall, if you’re shopping at the outlet mall and get hungry, hit up big woods! You won’t regret it!

First time visiting Big Woods Pizza. Tried the highly recommended nachos, and they did NOT disappoint. Amazing flavor! Husband and I also got the forager pizza with hand tossed crust. Very good! When visiting a restaurant owned by a distillery and brewery drinks are a must. I had the lemon shake up and hubby had a whiskey and coke. 10 out 10. We will be back. Cannot wait to try Hard Truth Distillery in Nashville very soon.
