The first time I went I was underwhelmed with the burger I ordered as it was bland and was supposed to have onions and peppers but barely had any on it… I came back the next day and had an AMAZING baked steak with mashed potatoes and gravy as well as green beans. I am glad I gave it another chance because it was phenomenal. The service was great both times and it is a cozy restaurant setting. Highly recommend!

The classic southern diner experience from the friendly service to the decor. I stopped here driving home from a ski trip on a suggestion by my sister and it did not disappoint. The from-scratch fried chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It came with a trip to the salad bar that had a bunch of options. I got a hot cup of coffee for a bit of energy for the rest of the drive and got it all for around 13 bucks.

I’ve eaten here on numerous occasions and love going back. You can’t beat the friendly service and they have amazing blackened salmon dinner along with all you can eat chicken on Friday. An array of shakes and desserts and just down home atmosphere. Thanks Big Wheel !

Very good food. The all you can eat fried chicken is well worth the $12 and the birthday cake. Ice cream is off the chain. Very well priced. The double cheeseburgers are extremely large and cheesy.

Where do I begin? Our first visit was in the evening and I enjoyed the double cheese burger which I believe is the Mountain Papa. It was cooked to perfection and came with a substantial serving of fries. My wife and I came back for breakfast and it included scrambled eggs, bacon, toast or a tasty biscuit and fried potatoes. It was quite tasty and like the night before, service was stellar, friendly and enjoyable. We made a later afternoon visit for ice cream. The lunch and dinner menus are extensive and included one of my favorites, hamburger steak, and locals rave about the fried chicken. It’s your place for dependable, tasty food and wonderful service.
