I wish Kriegs was still there
TLDR: Lower your expectations for customer service to worse than McDonald’s & only order basic things like soft serve and you may be fine.
Update: Gave it one last chance as we had the rest of a coupon to use & it confirmed never returning. Rude staff & out of chocolate soft serve. Then the girl taking the order only gave us one of the only two things we ordered. Not paying attention at all. Menu is super confusing.
Was super excited to try this place out as a first time customer. When we arrived we glanced at the menu as we waited. Another customer came up with her kids standing as if she was going to cut us- looks like she knew the owners because they let their kid run inside the kitchen eating.. Not the most welcoming intro! Ice cream was decent – I got Cookie Monster & was confused because it was just Oreo until I got to the bottom where there was a small cookie dough chunk. I got two vastly different flavors in a cup but they somehow tasted the same? Not the worst ice cream I’ve ever had but won’t be rushing back. /: always a shame when you’re excited to try a new place but the service isn’t great, oh well!

1st time going here and it was an overall experience. The staff was nice and the service was quick. I love the fact that they have a big parking lot. My kids and niece ran around and played. The ice cream was fresh and delicious. We had us a good ol time. They have many different flavors.

I’d give less than 1 star if I could.
1. the menu is weird
2. I ordered a peanut butter sundae, they were out of peanut butter. So I ordered hot fudge.
3. 2 girls in the building one apparently not working because she did nothing at all. There were 2 people in line ahead of us and we waited for almost 10 minutes.
4. I ordered ice cream whatever was in my Sundae was NOT ice cream. It was weird textured and crystallized. I only ate the hot fudge and threw out the rest.
5. Very overpriced. Especially for such a cheap product.
It was the first time i had been here, went with my husband, we were hoping to find a place close to our new home to bring the dogs. I dont think my dogs would eat that either. Very disappointed will not go back with my grandson or my dogs I’ll drive to Amherst to Hastee Tastee. They’re quick and delicious.

We stopped on Sunday evening 9/14 and the young girls who were there were working hard, very polite and had a line but acknowledged the patrons waiting and apologized. The ice cream sundaes were great!

The girls at the counter were quite rude and short with us. We ordered six ice creams. One of them was a banana split, and when we asked to swap out the flavors with others, they tried to charge us an extra 50 cents per scoop subbed out.
Then when one of the ice creams was supposed to be in a waffle come and it came out on a cake cone, we said it was supposed to be in a waffle, and they aggressively threw it in the trash and walked away without saying a word.
Then one of our sundaes was all ice cream and basically no toppings. I’ve attached a picture for this.
And finally, they advertise on a chalkboard sign out front that they have chili dogs, but after we’ve ordered it, they tell us they have no chili and no cheese.

This place has really gone down hill this year. Every time I’ve gone I’ve been met with rude employees who don’t seem to care about making orders correctly, but they sure do care about trying to push you to tip and if paying with a card and you don’t tip cue the under their breath grumbling. Sundaes are little more than a cup of ice cream with a few toppings haphazardly sprinkled on. They advertise toppings they don’t even have such as a smores sundae but they haven’t had graham crackers all summer, and sundaes with cookie dough but instead you just get a chips ahoy stuck on top. After handing us one of our sundaes without a spoon they turned their backs to the window to talk while looking at us from over their shoulder, not bothering to see why we were still standing at the window until we waved at them to come over. We won’t continue to give this place anymore of our business this year.

Ice cream was not good at all I had a Reece sundae with chocolate ice cream and it tasted like it was freezer burnt. It’s not layered either so it’s just a large cup of ice cream with a little bit of toppings on it.
