Paid $24 for 2 French dips that were cold in the middle, didn’t have cheese and had no flavor. The au jus smelled off and tasted like hot water. You can hear the microwave beep by the drive thru window. You can’t properly heat a French dip In an oven or broiler for 5 minutes? You guys weren’t even busy. Not same as it was a few years ago.

Our absolute favorite sandwich place. Michelle does such a great job, all of our kids worked here, teens are still working here – it’s one of the few places that hire and work with teens to develop them. Fresh baked bread, nothing beats it, great sandwiches today, so fresh and tasty. They even gave a treat for my dog! Will come again.

I have been eating here for 15 years and I can not handle it anymore. Bread isn’t cooked, swiss dip served cold. This is been getting worse and worse as time goes on. I keep trying every few months and it’s the same disappointment.

Although I am a big fan of supporting local places I cannot anymore recommend this place for a sandwich for a few reasons. First is the wait time. 3rd time in the last month I have waited 20+ minutes in the drive through with 1 or 2 cars ahead of me just to place my order. Why cant you fix you darn menu order speaker? 2nd reason is the quality of the food. Minimal ingredients, under cooked bread and cant get orders correct all for $14+. Sorry but even subway has you beat or Safeway or Roth’s for the same price and faster service.

Hubby always orders a 12 inch turkey. A few months ago he got totally the wrong sandwich but he said no biggie and ate it. This time on a Friday he got his turkey and 2 bites to the end he bit into a wadded up dirty nasty napkin!!!!!! It looked like a piece of the turkey almost!! There were no managers to talk to so we waited to just write a review. Beware of nasty used napkins in your subs when you eat there. We have ate there for years. Think we are done now. No more.

I would give it negative stars if I could. We ordered online, arrived 25 minutes later and still had to wait another 20 minutes for out 5 cold sandwiches. Two customers inside. I can’t think of slower service in my entire life.
