We’re proud to offer Real Texas BBQ right here in Bradford, Ontario. We have been grilling with the Ontario Ribfest X Tour for a few years serving up smoked ribs, beef brisket and pulled pork. We smoke our meat for 12-14 hours using cherry wood giving you real southern BBQ flavours you will crave all summer long.

Had a great experience here, service was friendly, we got to have a peak of the ribs that just came out of the smoker which looked divine! I had the pulled pork, it was delicious and mac and cheese was super creamy. My partner loved his cornbread and his brisket was . A little pricey but would come again regardless…. I would add pictures if we wouldn’t have devoured our food so quickly!!

At first was confused how to order because it was on a board until employee gave us a menu.
The menu looks short but big servings and pricing. We ordered the brisket sandwich with fries and the half chicken. Well also ordered gravy WOW… you won’t be disappointed with the food and all served on wooden tray. You have to remember that you are ordering smoked food… so it will be await for the food order. The eating area is setup with picnic tables that gives it country feeling.

We, Bradford, are so lucky Big Texas BBQ is here! I’ve been here 3 times already… the ribs, brisket, poutines.. wow. Even my toddler loves the ribs. Great job!

Been trying to get to Big Texas Bbq all summer and finally made it! A great experience for sure, we arrived fairly early so I could check out the vibe now that most of the summer crowds are gone and I’m so glad we did because there were some good feelings happening; Rick Brooks the proprietor and man who wears many hats is really friendly and generous with his time and with his venue, Cathy McLean – a local business owner and Bradford fan favourite was running a Zumba class in the afternoon in an effort to showcase her dedicated students and encourage everyone to move their bodies to some pretty upbeat music
Guests were dancing in the lot, it was pretty cool
The food is plentiful and delicious, everything you expect from a ribfest ambiance. We had the Brisket, which I’m told should be ordered ahead during the summer and although it may have been very slightly overdone, it was super tasty and our fries were perfect, coleslaw creamy and delicious, cornbread housemade. I’m definitely heading back to sample the chicken and ribs because they looked fantastic. A number of local craft beer is available as well as coolers and a couple of domestic cans.

Beef brisket, and mini donuts are to die for soooo good can’t wait to go back and try more stuff from that menu. The mini donuts are made fresh for every order. On top of all the good food, Excellent customer service they made you feel like you are part of the Family as soon as you walk in. Keep up the good work and thank you for that amazing experience my kids really enjoyed watching the fresh donuts made.

Brought the kids and Gandma for lunch.
We were a bit early, but they opened for us and were very helpful and welcoming.
I ordered 3 bubble teas, a pulled pork poutine, two regular poutines and a chicken dinner with doughnuts for dessert.
We all loved the food, atmosphere and people. Great place, especially enjoyable given the Covid circumstances.
Definitely recommend, but get out soon. They will only be open for a few more weeks.
