Hands down the best pho I’ve ever had. Rich, comforting, soul-healing broth and generous portions—I could eat this every day. The service feels like walking into my mom’s kitchen: warm, welcoming, and genuine. Huge bonus: you can enjoy your pho next door at their family-owned Scoops ice cream shop and finish with dessert. A true local gem. Love this duo!

Absurdly good pho. I had the beef stew special, which is like a short rib party in a bowl. Carrot chunks and jalapeño coins fighting for your approval but the tomato broth brings it all together.

Tried the pho at Big Sky Noodle today and it totally hit the spot. The broth was super flavorful without being heavy, and the noodles had that perfect chew that makes you slow down and enjoy it. The fresh herbs and lime made the whole bowl pop. Even the beef was tender, which is not always a given with pho.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Big Sky Noodles! We stayed at an Airbnb, so we cooked a lot of our meals and decided to try out Big Sky Noodles as our dinner “out.” I’m glad this is the one we chose because it was really good! The menu isn’t endless but seems curated to highlight wonderful flavors. As soon as we walked up, I could smell the delicious spices. My husband and I both ordered the beef pho (I added beef meatballs to mine), and we shared an order of the egg rolls. Highly recommend both of them! We sat outside at a nearby table, and since the farmer’s market was also going on, it was a lovely atmosphere to enjoy dinner.

Absolutely delicious Pho! Our group had both the chicken and the beef. Both were loaded with tender pieces of meat, some of the best broth I’ve had and lots of goodies to add! Highly recommend. Reasonably priced and lots of outdoor seating! Perfect place for dogs too!
