We are a locally family owned ice cream parlor. We make our own super premium ice cream and waffle cones. Create anything you want with our mix ins & your favorite ice cream on our marble slab! We have sorbets, ice cream sandwiches, cakes, banana splits, sundaes, malts & shakes, cake pops, coffees, Italian sodas, smoothies! We also cater for your special events!

We brought a good sized group in 12 or so people the staff was very polite. They didn’t get overwhelmed. All orders came out correct and pretty timely. The lobby was very clean. And the ice cream was awesome. I got the vanilla bean with gram cracker and cheese cake bites. Very tasty.

Our new favorite little spot. Always have the sweetest ladies in there and we adore each of yall. My daughter and her friends ask to come back again and again. Plus they were super friendly the one time we had our non service pup with us. I won’t leave her in the car but was going to stand outside. We were very kindly welcomed in with her. My wife and I were in the drive thru line at cold stone last night when we looked over and saw that big scoops was across the parking lot. After sitting in the drive thru for what seemed to be eternity, we decided to give big scoops a try. I have to say, the service was unmatched. Lexi was extremely polite, prompt, professional and relatable. The ice cream was the best I’ve ever had. I appreciate that the Reese’s was already melted so I wasn’t having to chomp on frozen little chocolate clumps. For me, it’s the little things that count and big scoops understands that. Thank you so much for the QUICK and personal service you provide.

Friendly staff and delicious ice cream. The dipped waffle bowls taste better than they look and they’re beautiful. You should try the fudge brownie with cheesecake bites and a dipped bowl with nuts.

I stopped in sometime last fall to treat my granddaughter and myself. We were the only two people in the shop so we decided to stay and eat our ice cream cones there. The ice cream was amazing and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. When I wanted to surprise a family member with an ice cream cake for her birthday a few weeks ago, I called the store to see what they had. The employee I spoke with was extremely helpful. He repeated the descriptions of each ice cream cake more than once and was so patient with me. After finally choosing one (they all sounded delicious!) I asked them to hold it for me and I gave them my name. Sure enough, three hours later when I went to pick it up it was still there. My whole family enjoyed the ice cream cake (we added the candles). I’ve been here twice now and I’ll definitely be back!

First time going here through the drive through was very confusing. Couldn’t see the menu, the online menu is incorrect and the guy working didn’t seem very knowledgeable. A little over priced. I wouldn’t go back.
