I recently ordered from Big Sam’s Pizza in Feasterville and was extremely disappointed. My order was confirmed for a 5:00 p.m. pickup, but when I arrived, I was told the wings hadn’t even been put in the fryer yet. As a result, my order wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after I arrived, which defeats the purpose of a scheduled pickup time.
By the time the food made it home, the pizza was wet and soggy. The Pizza lacked flavor, had very little cheese… the smell was off.
Overall, the quality and service did not meet expectations.
This experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning. I wouldnt recommend trying this pizza let alone placing an order in advanced.
Also… when I called and placed the order I mentioned their website had a $5 coupon for orders over $50. The associate kept arguing they dont have a website or a coupon… which in fact you can verify via Google. I should have taken this as a sign not to proceed with ordering from here.

We discovered Big Sams early 2025 when we needed to feed a group of people for nearly 5 weeks. I love ordering from Big Sams because there is something for everybody on that menu. Their portions are large and the flavor is on point.
Another reason that I keep going back to Big Sams is that they deliver fast and it’s packaged well. I have never been a guest in their establishment, but if I were, I assume I would see the faces of my neighbors’ children and grandchildren working there, beginning their careers and learning a solid work ethic.
I can tell you from experience that kids don’t learn work ethic at home. They need some where like Big Sams to learn, try, fail and eventually succeed. Thank you, Big Sam’s. We love ya!

This was my first time ordering from Big Sam’s Pizza. Ordered Antipasto salad and I’d say that it is nothing like you would expect from a pizzeria or get from most other places. The meats are not what they’re supposed to be or what is expected. It is kind of like a Walmart salad with Walmart bologna meet.
Another big thing for me and my principal is that I don’t support or return to any business that charges additional credit card fees. Not only that, but this place adds a credit card fee and then adds sales tax on top of that fee.
I will not be returning here and would not recommend this place.

Ordered pizza and poppers. Could have been fresh baked instead if leftovers. I was never disappointed before with the big pies.

I ordered my food. I ordered a steak quesadilla which comes with American cheese. I drive 20 minutes to pick up my food I get home. I go try to eat my food. It is a steak quesadilla with whiz and Pepperoni on it I called and yound kid answers the phone and telling me that’s my fault that it has pepperoni on it and cheese whiz. I ordered it incorrectly. I said no I ordered a steak quesadilla which it says right on the menu American cheese. I told him I can’t eat the food. I’m allergic to pork. He says well he doesn’t know what he can do for it unless I bring it back. I’m not driving 30 minutes back up there to pick up food. He said there’s nothing they can do and then he started getting an attitude saying it was my fault. This is the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been ordering and eating the same thing for over five years when I order the food there so how is it all of a sudden I’m ordering it incorrectly. I stated I wanted a refund we don’t do refunds he said and all he could do is make me a new one, but I would have to drive there and pick it up. I said don’t you deliver it? No, we’re not delivering right now so when I used to speak with a parent or a manager, no person in the business should be telling the customer that they ordered incorrectly, especially when I know for a fact I didn’t because I ordered the same thing every time I go there Management needs to have someone there and not having young teens working if someone please reach out to me thank you. No, when I try to explain them that my receipt says nothing about pepperoni it says steak quesadilla He said that was my fault. I need to specify exactly what I want on my food, even though their menu says what I asked for.

I accidentally ordered toppings on only half my pizza on doordash and they were incredibly nice about changing it. Really brightened up my day! The pizza was delicious too! Excellent toppings! Thanks again!

Their food is horrible taste so nasty. Nothing taste good they need to hide a new chefs. This was a waste of my money and a waste of my time I regret coming here. I had a burger with fries the burger and fries taste like school lunch soggy nasty and fake Burger had no lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, mayo, french fries was soggy as heck.
