My friend and I went here on a whim to try a different place. It’s a small restaurant, a little humid/muggy, but quaint. They only had one waitress, but she was very attentive and so sweet. She made the best strawberry milkshake I have ever tasted. I had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes, corn, and white gravy. When I tell you that those mashed potatoes were to die for, I mean it! They were so good. Everything was so delicious. The food was very fresh and the chicken was cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I took a star away because of the mugginess/humidity and when I had ordered food to go for other family members, there were no kind of condiments in the bag and they said the food was dry, but they both ordered sandwiches, so pretty sure it was the buns. It was still good though. I’ll be back, hopefully it’s cooler then!

Best burgers in Kyle, cooked on sourdough buns, and served with fresh fixing and yummy fries! I definitely recommend this for anyone who loves burgers.

I was traveling between San Antonio and Austin… it’s become a habit for me to seek out locally owned restaurants in small towns, and this was definitely one of my best finds.
My family and I ordered several dishes, all very good and delicious, but for me the star was the double cheeseburger . I will definitely return on future trips.
Lilly (the waitress) was very friendly entire time, and her recommendations were a total success for all my family.

Big Robs Burgers serves more than burgers and fries. I had a need for comfort food and Big Robs came through with chicken fried steak, mash potatoes, green beans and salad. Very tasty as I “cleaned” my plate, didn’t leave a crumb.
Plan on spending between $15-20 per person…drinks were expensive so having a big glass of ice water with a lemon can save you between $3.50-4.00 per person.
Atmosphere and service were top notch. Friendly and quick. I will return when in the area.

I have wanted to try Big Rob’s Burgers for a while…and I was not disappointed! The meat was fresh, the bacon was crisp (not overcooked!) and the burger was delicious. And the French fries were exceptional (loved the seasoning!). Above all, the service was superb. Ruby is an excellent waitress!! Big Rob’s is a hidden gem in Kyle, TX. If you want a good burger that won’t break the bank then check out Big Rob’s Burgers today!

I went in and ordered to go, the building was empty I had to make sure they were open since no one was hosting the front. A lady with a mask came up, sat on her phone and a nice server took my order. While waiting for my to go order i over heard the lady with the mask answer the phone and explain they no longer offer kids eat free. She hung up the phone but explained to a server they no longer offer kids eat free because everyone was being cheap and I wasn’t making money, after I just purchased a $16 burger. The vibes were off and she seemed evil. Definitely will not be going back such horrible experience.

Per our usual, we found this place on Google, and that was lunch.
The young lady that was our server was amazing. She worked her butt off and took very good care of us.
We had a burger, Philly, and bacon Swiss avocado burger. The burgers were all on point. They were frozen patties. However, they were cooked perfectly and seasoned just as well. We also tried three different sides, fries, swetpotato fries, and onion rings. We were all very disappointed in the onion rings, which were not worth the upcharge. Again not fresh, frozen, but had no flavor and undercooked. The fries were great. Cooked to perfection and seasoned well.

Just moved to the area a few months ago and was looking for a good place to get a burger and I certainly found it! The food is great, and the staff is super friendly! Will definitely be going back often to this little gem.
