Absolutely adore lil diners and this one is top notch. You get fed WELL for the money. The money of which isn’t much, I fed 2 with dessert and sweet tea for less than $40.
Our waitress was sweet and on top of things Even got us sweet tea for the road and the cups were massive.
This was my 2nd time here and I’ll be returning again n again.
Tonight for me was the Chili n eggs with bacon and home fries plus I added on one of their massive pancakes. My partner got the chicken mini meal with fries and a salad. Ordered my eggs over medium, they came out barely over easy the yolk was super runny but I never hold that against anyone, eggs can be difficult which is why chefs hats have 100 pleats. Cooking eggs is a honed skill. The chili was a lil more watery than I’d like but considering the egg they went together perfectly and I used the home fries to soak it all up. My partner’s chicken was still moist, not killed and this place does fried right!! Completely crunchy and golden on the outside soft and yummy on the inside. The chocolate cake was wonderfully fudgey and moist too. The pancake which is a must have on at least one of your visits has a wonderfully crispy edge with awesome fluffy interior.
The decor is cool, the lil signs funny and sweet and all the pictures from the original speak to an owner appreciating their customers.
Great day or night but if you’re looking for late night food and you’re totally over the usual suspects, definitely pop in here, you won’t be disappointed and you may just end up forgetting the usual late night suspects.

It’s a seat yourself kind of place. Very welcoming. We went twice during our stay once late at night and once in the morning. The food was delicious. My husband raved about their chicken livers. Breading was perfect. Their steak bites are tender and no grisly pieces.

Good truck stop style diner open 24 hrs. I can’t say they are the best in any category but, I keep going back. Portions are good for the price. Service is friendly. I haven’t had a bad meal yet. But, it is open 24 hrs a day and it shows.

Food is amazing, biscuit and gravy wasn’t the best I’ve had but not bad at all. Service is lacking at least from the older waitress she seemed entirely too preoccupied flirting with what I assume is a regular who clearly wanted nothing to do with her to check on her tables. Floors in desperate need of a deep clean along with bathrooms, the women’s bathroom smelled like death.

this place is amazing, all of there food is amazing good quality great tasting and massive portions for your money. I’ve never had one this here that’s been bad or even okay it’s all been sooo good. If your looking for a god breakfast lunch or dinner spot it’s the place that will be amazing for all or it. I love that you can order whatever you want whenever you want if you want chicken tenders or a burger for breakfast you go right ahead! I also love that they are open 24,7 so you always have access to a good home cooked meal all times of the day! I love how much they appreciate and love there customers never met one person here that wasn’t amazing I’ve also noticed how sweet other people that go here are everytime I go I get asked by other costumers how my days going or they like my dress and so fourth just the sweetest people around here ! Definitely recommend for anything !

Breakfast sandwich was really good, kinda strange it came with potato chips. You can pay extra to get a Breakfast side but the price of the sandwich was almost 10 dollars so I skipped the upgrade. Service was great.

The best diner around!! Fair pricing, large portions. Their biscuits & gravy and chicken & french toast were incredible. They’ve got great coffee and the perfect local mom & pop feel to them. Big Rig’s is the perfect southern homestyle diner!

Pleasantly surprised. Absolutely the best home cooked meal I have had out in a very long time. Our cook cared about his craft. Service was great with very attentive and friendly waitress. Great pricing. The star is lost due to the cleanliness of the establishment. Now I understand this lone waitress was kept quite busy during our visit but if that is how it is there being a 24hr restaurant someone needs to take any extra time and look up because the customers are. The dust is very thick from the ceiling around the kitchen and next to folks on the windows sills. Unfortunately it would be my warning to all, especially those with allergies . The option to eat outside is there and I would recommend that option. I would have preferred to have given this a 5 star because the food was that darn good but just couldn’t let the amount of dust go. Hope they do better!

If you leave hungry it is your own fault. Portions are huge. Everything that our table ordered was delicious. Pancakes was fluffy. French toast was very well done. Eggs cooked to correct temp.
