The restaurant was chilly, almost all patrons were wearing their coats during their whole dining experience. I asked our server if they could turn up the heat, and they said no because it would make the bar area too hot! What is wrong with the HVAC in this place? Can’t they close some vents in the bar do the 80 or so in the dining room don’t have to suffer?!
The burger I ordered (The Lumberjack) was delicious. My wife ordered a Rubin and the pastrami was Un-chewable (and it was sent back).

My favorite combo here is to get the Heat burger (my absolute favorite) and the French onion soup (Mmmmmm). Always perfect food, amazing friendly staff, and did I say amazing food? Fair prices all around, and great atmosphere. OH, and I Just found out they do BREAKFAST TOO!!! The servers always seem to be having the best days, cause they are always kind and om top of everything (tip them well they deserve it!!)

So, tried this place on a bit of a whim, and we are glad we did. Kayla (sorry if I butchered the spelling) greeted us so warmly and with such professionalism. She explained the menu, did not rush us, but was attentive the whole time. In addition, she was extremely diplomatic and helpful when a certain menu item had run out for the day (bacon shipment was delayed) but she offered a great workaround that showed critical thinking and care for the customer. My wife and I were also greeted by another employee, totally spaced on his name, but he was very polite, gave us a moment of his time to talk about the food, and then whisked back to work. All staff we encountered were highly professional, welcoming, warm, and friendly
Food was very solid, a silly thing I noticed was how even the avocado on my burger was laid with such care and pride in the product they presented, instead of just mashed on there. Can feel the pride of the place in their food. Very down to earth, approachable, and solid fare.
Recommend for a solid, friendly spot with good food and even better people working. Good stuff.

Rhonda was amazing! 10/10 from the drinks to the smile! The food was delicious and our first visit was more then memorable. We are grateful for this beautiful experience today! Wife had the chicken fried steak! Cooked to perfection! Just the right crisp, hash browns were perfect! not greasy at all! I had the cowboy omelette and I must say that I will be returning weekly! New found favorite restaurant/bar

A very special shout out to the waitress who was outstanding!
Attentative, constantly moving around the place taking care of things, her personality is one of the best I’ve ever seen, really! Alert, sweet, intelligent, naturally happy and enjoying her job.
She said I could share her name, Kristen.
I hope management & owners see this.
I briefly spoke with the manager who allowed her picture to be taken and held back her name.

Rhonda, Kristen (scooter), Julie and the rest of the staff are awesome. Hats off to the chefs too! They have some of the best food and service in town. Drinks are always well made, the menu is the best (thank you for adding the Reuben) and there isn’t crazy loud music playing. There are plenty of TV’s to watch your favorite game. The bar area has pool tables, YES! The bathrooms are clean and the place is kept pretty tidy which is huge plus in my book. I love you guys, you have always taken care of me and the parents – sadly they have passed but I’m carrying on the family tradition. Best wishes!

Stopped by Big Red’s for the first time on a Wednesday’s night for dinner with my wife. Upon entry the place was DEAD…maybe except for the bar in the back.
The decor and atmosphere was dismal but we said we’d give it a try.
We looked over a menu and waited a few minutes at the host station to be seated. Despite the bartender looking over at us from afar, no one ever came into the dining room to seat us.
That’s when we walked out and went to dinner elsewhere.
Nice job Red’s. I now have no desire to ever return.

This place is a go to spot for friends and I on the weekend for breakfast and tasty drinks in the bar. Service is great and the staff is always smiling helpful and welcoming. Food is a great price and always delicious. We can always catch a game and enjoy the great atmosphere!!

Really enjoyed the bar atmosphere here. Good music. Active pool players. Bar banter. Service was good, considerate, and active. Had some good food and a couple drinks too. Would consider coming back here again if having a late night movie run with the team. Chicken tenders were INCREDIBLY crispy. Not my texture but I know others who are very into the crisp. Buffalo Wings were fairly standard run. I think it was also cheese stuffed jalapeno balls? No bad, I enjoyed the melty goo goodness within. All around not bad bar food. Oh yeah the teriyaki sticks were fairly tender!
My only curiosity was when we got the tab, the tip recommendations at the bottom were 20/25/30%. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such high recommendations before out of any establishment that high.

We have come here twice. It is our new favorite place to eat. Both times we had Rhonda as our waitress, she is fantastic! If you have questions about any food items, she’s very willing to tell what she likes from the menu. Highly recommended
