We entered and the place had around 30 people in it! First a shout out to Nicole manager who had her team on the go from the time we got there to when we left!-( no one looking at their phones , they met and rollled silverware etc, all were staying busying and served with a smile ) Nicole manager worked right beside each team member serving, cleaning up spills, sweeping the floor, answering questions were.
The host met you with a smile and seated us quickly, our waitress was Alyssa? Short black hair but she was pleasant welcoming and helpful, checked on us 2-3 times. Atmosphere was terrific and this place was clean – Food excellent fresh hot and very delicious! Room Volume was just right you could hear each other talk , they did have sand VB outside which did. Ktnhinder snything inside. Keno team was professional and helpful. Overall this night went very well. I did reach out to Nicole and she came over and received a positive message I don’t think she was expecting it but overall, we will be back. Keep up the good work Go Big Red!

This was not a pleasant experience. The staff was more interested in hanging out with the employees that were there off the clock than providing service. The “World Famous” wings were Famously disappointing. I love me some wings and it is unheard of for me to not eat a plate of wing. I ate about 3 and finally gave up. We literally went to another restaurant and had dinner after we left here. As you can see from my pic I did not care for the fries or the wings.

OMG! THIS IS AWESOME!!! There are TVs on the wall so that U don’t get bored (On the sport channels, especially), the service is lovely, very polite and outgoing staff, and, of course, the food is GO~OOD. The pretzels and beer-cheese dip are INDESCRIBABLE!! The fries are specially seasoned and the Western burger is DELICIOUS! ♡♡♡

1st time here, not too bad. My waitress Laura was absolutely the best. In fact I was impressed at all the wait staff and how quickly they got to everyone and got everyone seated. It was pretty busy yet these girls were getting to everyone and were all so nice. The food was good and lots for the price.

We had a large group and the waitress was great. Kept up with our constantly growing group, took an order in a chaotic setting, quickly delivered everything as ordered. Food was tasty and amazingly all of our party was pleased. A party of 19 eventually.
