First time here, really good potatoes! We truly enjoyed. Customer Service was amazing, everyone was friendly and we met Armando (owner) he was great and made sure we had everything we needed. My mom and I will be back.

The potato’s took way too long to prepare (restaurant was almost empty, not busy) and were mid at best. The bbq flavor was very mild and had no distinct taste. The potato itself was one of the least flavorful I’ve had. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere could use a little help, it was very basic and not inviting.
I did not like having to pay extra for them to put butter and sour cream on first instead of on the side for free. This is a very silly money grab.

Loved the food! The only thing we didn’t care for was the up charge for them to mix your potato! It’s a potato place mixing in the butter and sour cream etc. should be included that made no sense to us.

First time here. Shared a potato and cookie with my husband. Big enough to fill us both up. The potato was hot, had lots of cheese. The ranch dressing is good; would have liked a little more turkey. The restaurant was clean and staff welcoming.

They weren’t kidding when they say Big potato! The potato was nice and fluffy on the inside it had delicious brisket on top with cheese and crispy onions , came with a side of butter, sour cream and extra BBQ sauce. Definitely sharing size if you all want the same potatoe.

Best baked potato restaurant in the area! My gf got the chicken bacon ranch potato and I got the turkey bacon ranch potato and they were so delicious. Our daughter got the ceasar salad and she said it was great too. They also offer a military discount. I highly recommend checking this place out!!!

We tried Big Potato Company for the first time today! It was absolutely delicious! The staff was sweet and friendly the minute we walked in the door! They offered us a menu and answered any questions we had. I got the Texan potato, it had the best brisket on it. My daughter got the grilled cheese, my husband got chicken salad, my sons got the Bacon Cheddar potato and the Bacon Cheddar Ranch potato, it was all delicious! We will definitely be back!

The customer service from Isabelle was out of this world above and beyond! She was so delightful to talk to! The food… oh my gosh the food! Was so delicious!! I got the build your own and couldn’t stop eating it! It was enough portion wise for two meals and I loved getting to take some of it home! I will definitely be back and seriously loved this place!
