I ordered online for pickup. It said pickup in 30 min. I showed up at the quoted pickup time for the employees to tell me they have no way of knowing when they get an online order and suggested I wait 35-40 minutes for them to make my order. I asked for a refund and they were apprehensive and suggested I just wait. I ended up getting a cash refund. It looks like to food is pretty good so we are disappointed the service sucked.
