I came here for the first time on Valentine’s day 2026. The food, service and cleanliness was absolutely phenomenal.
This place was amazing for a first try!
We will definitely be returning.

Great! A solid burger spot that does one thing really well: burgers. You can also get a salad, but come on. Pro tip, the curry ketchup with the sweet potato fries is proving to be in the top 10 things that have entered my mouth.

Had dinner here with the family on a weeknight. Was seated and attended to fairly quickly. With our menu came a brochure for a limited time burger. This burger intrigued my significant other so she had plans on ordering one. When the waitress came to get our order, we were told the burger was unavailable. This brings me to ask why there are brochures being passed out for food that can’t even be ordered. Some communication between the kitchen and front of house could have easily solved this. The food was above average. I had the bacon cheeseburger and we ordered fried pickles spears as an appetizer. The pickle spears were very good, the burger, however was disappointing for a restaurant that specializes in them. I had a sliced slab of onion on mine that I didnt notice until I had taken a bite, being overwhelmed by the taste. After disassembling it to remove some of the onions it was a fair bit better. I will say this, if you want a greasy burger, this isnt the place. My burger was very dry overall, and just didn’t meet my expectations nor satisfy my appetite. If you are looking for just a ho-hum experience, this is the place for you, but there are without a doubt better restaurants to go to for a better burger in NWA.

Originally went to this place in Little Rock and didn’t realize they had one in Rogers, but tried the 50/50 patty for the first time which is half veggie half beef and it was the best burger I’ve ever had in my whole life. And I’m not even vegetarian like the patty was just light and fluffy but tasted so good, you even got some tiny bites of mushrooms in it like words cannot describe. I think our waiter was stressed out and we gave her a hard time about getting a Togo box when she was busy but then we literally forgot our Togo food which was so embarassing I will definitely be back for that 50/50 patty

We’ll definitely be back! This was our first visit to Big Orange, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We chose it based on Google reviews, so I wanted to add ours to the mix.
The service was excellent, and the food was even better. I had the Reaper burger—packed with flavor and well beyond what I expected. My wife ordered the Spicy Pimento Cheese burger and loved every bite.
We started with the cheese dip, which was delicious, but the real standout was the house chips—they’re a must-try and seriously addictive!
I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying the Hot “N” Hot Chicken. If it’s anything like what we had, I know it’ll be amazing.
Give Big Orange a shot—you won’t regret it!

We were excited to try this place. We had three adults and two kids. The wait wasn’t too bad. We were told 35-40 minutes, and got the text in 20. When we went to the hostess stand, they couldn’t decide where to seat us. They went back and forth and finally took us to a table just on the other side of the short wall from the door. It was so cold out, so every time the door opened, it was just very uncomfortable. There were two large heaters placed outside, but neither were on. I think that would’ve made a difference in temperature at our table. We ordered our drinks, including one beer on tap. Drinks came, minus the beer. After awhile, we stopped another server and asked for the beer. Our food was brought out, and my burger was missing. She asked if I had ordered anything, and I let her know what the order was. Then the beer followed. The beer had clearly been sitting back there for awhile. I had to wait for my burger while the rest of the family ate. I rarely leave restaurant reviews, but we truly felt like we were being treated “less than”. The Bleu cheese was just spooned onto the middle of the burger with the bun on top, not spread out at all. Other than that, we did find the food to be good. We won’t be back. There are plenty of other good places we can go to spend $100 and get much better service.

Fun place with great food and service. We will be going back for sure. Flavor was wonderful on all the burgers. Loaded fries were a little too loaded and needed to be eaten with a fork, rather than picking up a fry with toppings on it. Fries by themselves were wonderful though.

Cute shopping area in Rogers we found on our road trip. We wanted a good salad lunch, and the Big Orange did not disappoint. I had the Chicken (grilled instead of fried) Wedge Salad with Jalapeño Ranch, which was not the spicy but still good. Huge portion with 2 chicken breasts, corn, beans, red onions. My husband had the Thai Chopped Salad with grilled chicken and he really liked it too.
Service was just a bit slow & our server not the friendliest but he was adequate. This was early lunch 11:30 on a Saturday & they were moderately busy & we were lucky to find parking right in front, as the shopping center was very crowded.
