In Little Rock for a concert (NEEDTOBREATHE) and picked Big Orange to eat before the show. Based our decision on proximity to the hotel and reviews. We made a wise choice. The atmosphere had that cool factor, the service was fantastic (Lacey P was our waitress), and the food was great. You can look at the pics and see what we ordered. Really good food. We shared the truffle fries and had plenty. My Dulce de Leche shake (not pictured) was delicious too. Drinks and food were all delivered quickly. And not only was Lacey great but the guy who brought our drinks and cleared our table was super friendly as well. Would definitely recommend the place.

Jamari greeted us at the door so happy and fun. We sat at the bar Benja introduced him self. He suggested awesome drinks they we’re fantastic. He really does a good job with creativity bc I requested him to make me special drinks. The signature burger was so epic!! Wow!! Such an amazing experience being our first time!! Great music as well. My husband and I will be back soon for sure!!

Upon arrival server told us they close the upstairs (best spot in the restaurant) from 2-4pm to clean so she sat us in the most boring part of the restaurant (the side). The food was decent and the server was nice. I would come back if I’m around here. I recommend opening up the whole restaurant though.

Our waitress, Abby, was amazing and very sweet! I never felt like I was a bother with the few questions I had for her. The atmosphere was super fun and the decor was cute! There was no wait for a table however was a little bit of a wait for the food but it was lunch rush and it’s also made fresh, so it’s totally understandable for me. All the food was great (farmers burger with half and half patty) and the coffee caramel shake was on point. I will most definitely be back!

I have been several times and have never been disappointed with the food! You can’t hardly go wrong, had a salad this time…delicious! We ordered fries and fresh chips for the table to share. My only complaint would be that you can’t split one order as I feel like only need one order of fries/chips. This is fine when there are several to share. So if you want consistency delicious food with lots of options, pick Big Orange!

A solid four. Good food decent enough service decent enough prices. I have paid for less for a far better but for what they offered I can see what they were going for. My only suggestion would be for you to have your servers be sure to check on everybody and not just the people you like, but once the address that that issue was rectified it just should have never happened to begin with. But I won’t count the entire restaurant for one bad experience hence I give the fours I will go back and see if it gets better!

The Midtown LR Big Orange was where my daughter wanted to go after a week out of state and struggling to find some good gluten free meals. She was looking forward to their sweet potato waffle fries and they didn’t disappoint. She loves the sauce it comes with as well. She was served a generous portion of salad, which looked delicious and it proved to be too much for her and boxed the rest up for later. The special Smashburger came advertised separate from the menu, so I tried it with gluten free bun and it is now my favorite burger I’ve ever had at The Big Orange. It comes with a double patty and lots of bacon and cheese. The fries are fried in a dedicated gluten free fryer. We started off with the Big Orange Cheese Dip for an appetizer (we were told that the cheese dip is gluten free and the tortilla chips are as well and fried in their own dedicated space but that the house chips are not gluten free). The cheese dip is what I think an Arkansas cheese dip should be. Loved it and loved our time at The Big Orange (midtown)!

We enjoyed Big Orange a lot. My husband and two children (15 & 8), and I went for dinner. I had the Farmers burger, and my husband got the Umami burger. Both were filling and so yummy. I also got the truffle fries… which are definitely one of the most delicious fries I’ve ever had. I couldn’t finish my food because I wanted room for dessert. I got a strawberry shake and was not disappointed! Our waitress, Courtney, was excellent! She came around to check in, get refills, and answer questions. She was helpful when we were ordering. Definitely wish we had this closer to home.

Today, we decided to try this local restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend who has lived in Little Rock for nearly 20 years. She mentioned that the restaurant uses local farm-fresh ingredients and raved about their truffle fries and Umami Bomb burger.
I’ve never been a big fan of burgers, as they often feel too salty or greasy for me. However, my friend insisted I give this place a try, and after reading the great reviews, I was intrigued. We ordered the Turkey Avocado Burger, the Umami Bomb, the Big Orange House Salad, and the truffle fries.
Everything exceeded our expectations! The salad was refreshing, with fresh fruits and goat cheese, the truffle fries were absolutely delicious, and the turkey burger—made with a 98% lean patty—was moist and flavorful. We finished everything without any guilt or regrets.
I only wish I could’ve eaten more, but I had to stop myself from overindulging. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in Little Rock again!
