Don’t order on the weekends if you don’t want snarky teens to give you the wrong bagel and then make you feel like you inconvenienced them for them screwing up the order!!! It happens every other time we order on a Saturday or Sunday! I gotta hand it to Eastside Big O. They may not be the best bagel but they’re consistent and delicious. They’re always friendly even when the line is backed up to the door. Dependable even on holidays to be grinding for the people. And the music is always nostalgic 90s rock and makes me feel happy even when I wait in the long line. They also cover their bagels in toppings instead of sprinkling a couple sesame seeds like they’re a delicacy. Cheers to you Big O

A popular place to get some fresh variety of bagels. I ordered some bagel sandwiches for the group. I had the Eye Opener with sausage and bacon ona jalepeno cheddar bagel. I would’ve added ham too but they ran out. The bagel sandwich was good.

Staff were so friendly. The bagels were absolutely amazing. Crisp outside, soft inside and the lox and chives cream cheese was soooo good. This will be a regular stop on our way through Bend.

Big O Bagel used to have big portions but recently they have used less and less on each order. I got an eye opener with cream cheese for $1 extra and avocado for $1.50 extra but I can’t even taste them.
