I have never been to this “Big Nick’s Pizza ” restaurant before.
This place is located at the
San Pedro.
When I arrived at the parking lot, I didn’t have any problem finding a parking space.
The restaurant was very clean and well-organized & nicely maintained.
They had various selections
on the menu. I ordered the cheese pizza to go. I didn’t
like to add lots of things to my pizza.
After I ordered my pizza,
I had to go to the Harbor Animal Clinic for my dog’s
vaccinations.
The Nick’s Pizza restaurant was very close to the Harbor Animal Clinic.
It only took half an hour to
get my dog vaccinated.
Anyway, after that I went back to the restaurant to pick up my pizza.
Then, I came home and I tried Nick’s famous cheese pizza.
The pizza was cheesy & tasty. It was delicious pizza!
I loved the mozzarella cheese! It was my favorite
cheese. It was so creamy
and cheesy pizza. I love it!
I also liked their great services. All the employees were friendly, helpful & are attentive.
I would like to recommend
this “Big Nick’s Pizza ” restaurant to everyone.
They have delicious & tasty pizza!

I am very glad I stumbled upon Big Nick’s Pizza.
I really like the decoration and how everything is well put together. The service was friendly, attentive, and fast.
The food was delicious. The pizza was great with flavorful pizza sauce. You can tell they use quality ingredients and the pizza dough was cooked to perfection with a semi crunchy crust and a soft dough in the inside. I also ordered the sample platter which included zucchinis, jalapeño poppers, chicken, wings, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious. My only recommendation would be to cook the chicken wings, a tad bit longer. Another appetizer we got was a fried calamari one of the best I’ve had.
My girlfriend ordered the lasagna and I have to admit it was good but definitely had better however I wouldn’t say it’s bad so with that being said, I would leave that to your discretion and give it a try.
Other than that, I would say parking is quite difficult if you go during dinner time which is when I went, you will have a hard time finding parking.

The pizza is really good but on my literal first slice ever there’s something that shouldn’t have been on there. Thought it was a hair at first but it feels wirey and tough, thinking it might be plastic which is honestly even worse. It was baked into the pie so no way of me catching it until I chewed on it, very disappointed considering the food itself tastes great…

Called in our order about 20 minutes prior for dine in. Food was ready when we arrived. Very tasty. The only thing is the fried zucchini had little flavor and the breading was powdery.

I ordered chicken picatta and it was VERY DISAPPOINTING. The chicken was mushy not firm. I wondered if it was still raw. This entree is very basic everywhere in the country I go. At Nick’s, I had to answer ten questions in order for them to prepare it. What type of noodle…. what type of sauce…. what type of sauce for the noodles?????

It’s in the corner of the strip mall. The ambiance is fair enough. We have ordered the wings , bbq pizza , veggie pizza and pasta. Did not like the pasta much and the bbq pizza bit sweeter bcz of sauce and the base is harder . Veggies tastes good .

The inside is better than the outside. Nice pizza parlor, clean, employees seem nice and happy to work there. I tried a small 2 topping, pepperoni and jalapenos pizza. So good! The crust is good if you like it plain with a small crunch outside and soft inside. I would prefer a little more garlic butter on the edges. Good amount of cheese, good amount of toppings. Would go again.

While in San Pedro, we decided to try a new place and stopped by Big Nick’s Pizza. From outside it’s one of many stores in a small shopping center, however when you step in you are treated to an ambiance befitting of the place. The staff was friendly and attentive and food came out delicious. Being an Italian I spired place, you either need to come hungry or with a group of people as the serving sizes are very plentiful. Definitely my new go to spot in in San Pedro.

We ordered a large Nick’s Special pizza and it was delicious. The flavor reminded me of the kind of pizza you’d eat as a kid, with original fresh ingredients. Loved it. The atmosphere was great too, the space was very clean, plenty of room when you sit down, even for a small place. The options are great if you don’t want pizza too, pasta and salad dishes. They play sports on the tv’s and you can order a few alcoholic beverages on the menu as well. Parking is sorta limited, so when it gets busy, i can imagine parking can be a problem. Overall, loved it and will definitely be back.
