I liked the design of the restaurant as it was nice and cozy, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. However, I didn’t like the smell inside the restaurant. There was a noticeable odor as soon as you entered, which made me feel uncomfortable and slightly affected the overall experience.
We ordered a chicken burger and a beef burger. The quality of the food was okay — not amazing, but decent and acceptable for the price. The burgers were reasonably priced, which makes the place a good option if you’re looking for something affordable. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our visit, which was a positive point. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly restaurant with good service, but improving the smell and overall ambiance would make the experience much better.

Came here, after visiting Mundo Pixar with the family, some of the food was unavailable, the only reason they lose a star… young lady serving us was fantastic, didnt catch her name (perhaps an eastern european accent) only pointing this out so that she can get the praise she deserves, she was great with our Autistic daughter, was attentive, and helpful one of the better experiences we’ve ever had in terms of service. Was a little pricy, but we’re in London and expected that…atmosphere was great as it was quiet, id imagine on a busy day it could get quite overwhelming…food tasted great, we’d definitely recommend the burgers, and the ribs were incredible.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Big Moe’s through Uber Eats. I was fasting and had been really looking forward to this meal all day, only to be completely disappointed.
My food arrived with the packaging already opened, which is very concerning from a hygiene perspective. On top of that, they forgot to include my drink and the sauce I paid for. After fasting, the last thing you expect is to deal with missing items and opened food.
I tried contacting the restaurant multiple times but no one answered the phone. I also reached out through Uber Eats and received no proper help with getting a refund. I paid for a full order and did not receive everything, yet no one took responsibility.
Very poor service, lack of care, and no customer support. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered Nashville burger with Nashville loaded fries & chocolate milkshake
Burger was nice, milkshake was delicious very sweet though. Fries could be better, powdered seasoning was too harsh and the sauces on top were ice cold which made the fries cold. Too much going on, better to keep it simple. Also more gherkins please!

I ordered a burger with no spicy bbq mayo or jalapeños and they didn’t add the other burger sauce that was meant to come on the burger. 16£ for this? Underwhelming to say the least. There was also only 1 pickle slice inside. More bread than stuffing. The “12 hour roasted brisket” and “roasted sausage” tasted like stuff you’d get at lidl and put in the oven for 30 minutes and the food came out too quick for it to be fresh fresh. French fry for size, the burger is tiny. I told the waitress it was disappointing and she said she’ll get the manager and 20 odd minutes later still nobody came so I just went up to the counter and waited some more to pay. Anywhere else would be more worth it than here.

Absolutely superb classic American diner with mouth-watering American food, diner booths (with even a Cadillac table!), the great Elvis playing the background and flawless service by Deepa! We were even given a small parting gift by Deepa! Thank you Big Moe and Deepa! Best restaurant in Wembley Park by far!

Fancy being an American inspired diner and not having beer. They do 0% stuff but no alcohol. Service was disorganised and slow. Soft drinks are unbranded and poor quality. The ketchup and Mayo were in Heinz’s bottles but not Heinz inside. The vinegar was….. god knows what. Not sure what’s going on. Wouldn’t come back.
