Very fresh, hot and delicious. Good service. We had the ribeye, baked potato, steak bites, and fries. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a while. Ordered MR and it was slightly undercooked, but I didn’t have a problem eating it as it was. Salad was fresh and crunchy. Wife liked the Bavarian bread a lot. Not much atmosphere at all, but we went early. Would definitely recommend.

The food was great. I had been hearing a lot about this place I had to see what all the hype was about and it lived up to the hype the steaks was very tinder. The service was great I had got in right before the dinner rush so got in and seated very quickly. I love the atmosphere in the steak house give you an old country western feel to it.

Had a 10/10 dinner experience! We ordered the mozzarella wedges, the ribeye with the twice baked potato casserole, and the bread pudding for dessert. I also had the Lovetini to drink which was delicious. Everything was cooked absolutely perfectly and came out quickly. Service was awesome.

My food was good, however my husband’s food was overcooked. The waitress asked if he wanted to keep part of the steak? Not sure what that meant. Maybe she’s new. This was after waiting 2hrs to get our entrées. I noticed some individuals received their entrées promptly…..I wonder why. It was not overly packed or to capacity.

I went there 2/21/26 for the first time. They sat me at the first table on left beside where you check in. We ordered appetizers and are meal. While eating appetizers a roach was climbing on the wall that are table was against. I pointed it out to the hostess she asked what do you want me to do. Then got a piece of paper killed it fell on table and left it there. I told my waitress. She went and told the manager. Then come back and said you were good. Tell me that I can leave and don’t owe anything. I was watching when she told the manager. He just shrugged his shoulders.
Didn’t even come to our table to apologize or anything. It was the worst experience ever.

I eat at Big Mikes a lot in Orange Beach and Thomasville. Moundville was the worst experience eating out in my life. Ordered crab claws. Great. Ordered food. Waited an hour and a half for dried under a lamp shriveled asparagus and 145 dollars worth of inedible cold meat. I love Big Mikes normally, but this branch needs to close. Turned me off Big Mikes for a long time. I feel ripped off. Saturday, Jan 10 at 5:30pm was the worst eating experience in my entire life.

Atmosphere is always nice here. One thing that has changed since the last time I came is they only have the Big Mike’s steak sauce for your steaks. It’s nice they are promoting their own sauce but I don’t like the taste of it. I feel they should still offer A1 and 57 sauce and not only carry the Big Mike’s sauce. My appetizer cheese bites were fried so hard to where they were almost burnt. The shrimp and crab dip didn’t have any taste to it. Definitely can use some seasoning. Other than that, the crab claws are always good and meaty and my steak was good.

Long time huge fan, but tonight was a dissapointment. Service was way below what we have experienced in the past. Waited forever for every part of our meal. We are used to waiting as this is a very popular place, but the service once we were seated was abnormally bad. I usually LOVE the pork steaks but tonight they tasted like horrible salt licks that I took home to try to fix tomorrow, and my wife said her steak was tough and not good for the first time ever. We will be back because we love this place, but tonight was a struggle.
