Tonight we had a party of ten, our server was top notch, only way she could have been better was to pick up the check, just kidding. We had several different entrees everyone was well pleased. The bread, fried mushrooms were great, my ribeye could not have been better. One of my friends ordered the 24oz ribeye, attached is the before and after photos and a to go box wasn’t needed. Also the price was totally acceptable for the quality of the food and great service. We will be going back.

The service was great. Our waitress was very nice. The food was not to our liking. We ordered a the Spinach Dip. It had a sour taste and mor spinach than dip. Replaced it with fried pickles. They weren’t bad. Just didn’t expect them to be so sweet. Ordered the Big Mike Steak. It was overly charred on the outside. Every bite tasted like Char. Not the best experience. The double baked potato was good the bread wasn’t all that.

Visited Big Mike’s Steakhouse recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. The food was okay, but one of the steaks in our party wasn’t cooked to the right temperature and really should have been sent back. For the price point, we were hoping for a bit more consistency. However, we’re willing to give them another try once the new Millbrook, AL location opens up to see if it’s a better fit!

10/10 on the steak. No sauce needed Cozy place and friendly atmosphere. We sat in the outside seating and enjoyed the live music. Wasn’t too loud or nothing. Oh my word….we had an amazing experience at Big Mike’s in Auburn. Our server Ashton and the Manager Caroline really took excellent care of us. The food was so delicious. My favorite is the Double Pork Loin with asparagus and baked sweet potato. We will be back!

The hostess first set us at a small table for 5 people. But that was fixed. We drove 60 minutes to eat here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The atmosphere was not anything special and brown wrapping paper on your table that was tacky looking. Now to the food . The appetizers, bread and house salad was good but nothing special and we were hungry. Now the entree were fillets and ribeye and chop steak. Two fillets were sent back cause they were medium rare and should have been medium. It took 35 minutes to correct the situation. We are there to celebrate a birthday and only 3 people were eating together. It was our first at Big Mikes and was really looking forward to a treat. But it was very disappointing and really overpriced. We will not recommend or return.

OH. MY. GOSH. This was by far the BEST restaurant I’ve ever been too. Nothing too “fancy”, just regular people, and a great intimate and quiet atmosphere. We started with the fried mushrooms, absolutely so great! Then had a ribeye medium rare. It was cooked to perfection!! I could not have asked for a better steak – oh my, the flavor was absolutely amazing! This is way better than long horns, Texas Roadhouse or any other chain you can go to! Oh and the strawberry cheesecake is to die for!!! If you’ve never been, definitely go!! In fact I’m having steak for breakfast

We were in town for a Conference, table of 9, the server never mentioned any specials, we had to ask, she didn’t know the full list of margarita flavors, brisket had so much fat on it, I had to trim all of it off which was a lot! Drinks were small, could barely taste any alcohol, she never came back to check on us until the tabs were due. We had to ask for bread but not given any saucers, and some utensils were not cleaned. This was not good for a first visit.

Kinsley was the absolute best! She went over the menu with us, she gave recommendations that was GREAT and was on top of the drinks and food. Great customer service! Food was fabulous! 10/10 recommend going and enjoying a night out.

We had the Big Mike ribeye, and the regular ribeye! Best part of my meal! The loaded baked potato was ok, not very big and not loaded.
Appetizers were not bad, Small in serving size , and tasted OK. We had ordered the tiger, shrimp, crab claws, and wilted pickles.
The dessert with three bread pudding was amazing. It was served with ice cream, and to me it was quite satisfying.
Hostess was not welcoming, neither was the person standing next to her, a manager or owner I would assume. More training for the servers and management I would respectfully suggest… especially with such Delicious Steak – especially for those who serve larger parties where gratuity is automatically added.
All and all, great steak, but would have liked a better experience.
