The have a small town mentality with a personal touch. Come through enough times and they greet you by name! Lots of laughter and smiles that make you long for more. Had to get my MST sauce fix somewhere before the Heidelberg Homecoming football game. Go Berg. I knew Big Mike’s had me covered! Got my Kitchen Sink and Griffs on the side. Chicken Chunks are a BIG DEAL in Tiffin. These did not disappoint! I could have ordered another 1/2LB. Very happy for the Big Mike’s team!

Pretzel bites/sticks are totally gross and almost like garlic bread not Pretzels. Ice cream good but over priced for amount compared to others in town. Disappointing because I like the family that owns it.

The burger was ok, very small for the price. Fries were hot so that’s good. Wanted to try it because I heard good things. Not saying it was bad. Taste was good, just a little pricey for what you get.

Just came from there for first time, ordered double cheeseburger plain, cheese only, get home, no cheese, but I was charged for it. People just don’t pay attention to what they are doing, girl at register was not real friendly, not a thank you there either. Another place you have to check your bag before you drive out. I know Dan and like Dan, but was not impressed with the staff.
