Good food especially if you love smoked meat! Only downside is we did not see prices posted anywhere so we had no clue what we were going to be paying. The loaded taters starter was amazing!

I have no idea how this place has 4.5 stars. I’ve been several times now and every time I’m disappointed and leaving with a bill that is wayyyy higher than the quality of food that was served. The prices not being printed on their menu is sketchy so be ready to pay $30/per person for sub par food and small portions. But I’ve hit my tipping point and I’m never going back. Last night I had a Mac bowl with pulled pork. It tasted super generic, I only ate half cause meh…but I have been sick as a dog all night and into this morning. Up every two hours with the worst stomach upset ever. I know it’s 100% from the food, this never happens to me. CDH needs a phone call.
And one more thing. If the owner is reading this…the spot you have next door with all your crap in the window on display for everyone to see…put some curtains up or something! It looks awful driving or walking by. Have a little class? Maybe? Ugh.

We ordered the Brisket platter and pulled pork sandwich. I got maybe 3.5-4 0z of brisket that tasted like it was steamed in beef broth. The “chili” had tons of corn in it and just tasted like tomato sauce. If the meat was smoked I couldn’t tell. WAY OVER PRICED. About a 30 minute wait fir our food and instant ice tea.

Went in tonight to have a nice bbq dinner with my family on presidents day. It took 25 minutes to get food for our table of 4. It wasn’t busy at all. Only 8 others in the restaurant. To pay $30 for a sample platter that had very little in the basket it’s served in that was luck warm. The atmosphere wasn’t great. The music was so loud.
I was bingo night and it was blaring. I couldn’t hear the person talking across table from me. When i paid my bill the server told me he just wanted to go home. Bad service. I’m not sure I would go back to this establishment again.

We recently placed a to-go order with Big Mic’s Saloon & BBQ Smokehouse and were thoroughly impressed—it truly ranks among the best barbecue we have ever enjoyed. The bustling crowd for a Wednesday evening was the first excellent indicator that we had chosen the right destination for our dinner.
The food proved to be outstanding, delivering on the promise of authentic, slow-smoked BBQ. Our order included the smoked chicken, ribs, and brisket, all of which were beyond delicious and served in generous portions. The sides—fries, chili, baked beans, and mac and cheese—were equally pleasing, making for a perfectly satisfying meal that all members of our party thoroughly enjoyed.
Furthermore, the in-house experience was notably positive. The service staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, handling our takeout order promptly. The saloon’s atmosphere was alive and engaging, complemented by a lively trivia game that contributed to a fun and welcoming environment.

The food was great! The chalk art on every wall is fascinating. However, the biggest treat at Big Mic’s is the staff. The gal who took our order and kept track of our every need was truly the nicest waitress we’ve had in ten years! And the young man who brought our order was sincerely happy to be delivering what he knew was a magnificent culinary treat. We also got to meet Big Mic, himself. He couldn’t have been nicer. This place is well worth the drive to Kuna, the hidden gem.

Go for the food and then stay for the experience! The BBQ is mouth watering with just the perfect amount of smoke!! We had the brisket and pulled pork sliders with a side of onion rings. There was zero fat in the meat, no need for a sauce! Of course my hubby had to try every one and liked all of them.
Crystal our server was attentive and the atmosphere was great! Once we told her we were moving to the area she was a fountain of information! We definitely will be back especially for their trivia and karaoke nights!!!

Solid experience. Our entire family of four was under the weather today. Ordered some bbq from Big Mics as we didnt want to cook. Really solid bbq, brisket was spot on, ribs were good (kiddos favorite), and the pork was solid. Really nice bbq sauce as well.

I had the Biker burger on a jalapeño bagel. Best burger I’ve had in months. My fiancé had the shrimp appetizer and the Kaveman Mac. He ate half the shrimp before I could get the picture, lol. He really enjoyed both. Service is outstanding, and I love the welcoming atmosphere. I will go back again and again.
Update: 5/14/23: went back and had their home smoked pastrami sandwich!!! Best sandwich, ever!!! If you don’t go to Big Mic’s, you are missing out!!
