The people at Big Loafer were VERY rude. The cashier was not nice at all to me. I even tipped BIG, and she still treated me unkindly. I ordered a Hotdog with chili and onion for me, a pepperoni roll for my friend, and chili cheese fries for both of us. If you order a hotdog with chili, make sure you say “sauce” instead of “chili” because trust me, they’ll correct you. Instead of getting our food, the lady sat and talked with security for almost 15 minutes. The “sauce” and cheese fries were horrible. It was a combination I’ve never tasted before. The hotdog wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good. And the pepperoni roll was pretty good. If I come back to this mall, I won’t bother coming back to Big Loafer.

Genuinely a great restaurant. I had the pepperoni roll and it’s was magnificent! The service was quite fast and they were very polite. The atmosphere is a warm one. Thank you Big Loafer! I will definitely come again.

Had a delicious meal at Big Loafer today. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and it just hits different. I got the slaw dog with everything (sauce, slaw, mustard and onions) and some chili cheese fries. Everything was delicious and just as I remembered from when I was young. Nice to have an easy location to get a good, reasonably priced slaw dog.
In addition, the young, dark haired girl at the counter did a great job taking my order. We will of course be back!

Food is great though lately they have been slacking on the pepperoni and cheese in their pepperoni rolls. Usually fast and service is ok. Make sure to get salt or a sauce to go with the fries because they are very bland. They also need to replace their menus they are very yellow.

Stopped by for a corn dog and an original Big Loafer (with everything) it did not disappoint!!
Fresh scratch made corn dogs are a bonus.

There’s a reason why this place has been in business for over 40 years! I can confidently say they have the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I ordered an Italian loaf and a pepperoni roll. Both didn’t disappoint! Due to how everything is made from scratch in house (most importantly, there bread), the sandwiches are above any other spot. I can’t stress how much people should try this place! Definitely a local spot that deserves larger recognition! Will be back again when I’m in town! PS, I almost forgot to mention how the median sandwich is only 7$! What a bargain!

This used to be the place I took my kids to many times because of their cheese sandwiches my girls liked and the people that worked here. But over the years, it’s changed, in a bad way. It’s gotten so much more expensive (so as everything else lol), they fill your cup with ice than your actual drink. No refill. Had to pay $2.50 again as refill. The cheese sandwiches were dry and old. The people aren’t friendly. I’m sure down the road it’ll get back to its normal shape. We still love big loafer.

Unique spot with homemade bread stuffed with various options — tried the cheeseburger roll and Big Loafer and both were great! So satisfying and comforting. Love their little dining area in the mall.

Long time favorite. I only get to visit once a year but what a wonderful treat. Same delicious taste as when I was a teenager. I love the ham, banana pepper, onion loafer. And WV slaw dogs are best. Keep up the great work.

I am not a person who writes bad reviews but today I feel like it needs to be done. We stopped by to eat on a Thursday evening. The staff was super rude and we actually walked away. I have ate at big loafer since I was a kid and will never eat there again. Please if the owner of big loafer sees this please speak with your employees about proper customer service.
