The bar side was super packed with convention goers and youth athletes. I was very impressed with my server’s patience with all my questions about the menu and local activities. I had a Cesar Salad, a cup of chicken tortilla soup (totally awesome, I must say), and a homemade lasagna to go. All in all I had a really great experience!!! I would recommend this restaurant to any wanting outstanding service. Enjoy and drive safely!!!

This restaurant is located next to large event center and should expect groups on weekends. We had a large group reservation made 3-4 hours in advance. It took our table 40 min to get ice waters. Drink orders arrived randomly up to 45-60 min after ordering & asking multiple times and clarifying what everyone ordered. Some people even got their food before drinks. Some food was over cooked. They inadequately staffed to say the least. I hope they can fix these issues because it is a prime location with the event center, casino and multiple hotels nearby.

Did an order pick up here. It was pretty quick and food was delicious.
I got the Nacho Italia, I wasn’t a huge fan of the wonton nachos, it felt like they didn’t hold up like normal tortilla chips. Could’ve been due to them being takeout. But they were still delicious on their own!

I wanted to try their recommended wings and they certainly disappoint!! The service was excellent, the happy hour prices a very nice bonus, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the food and drinks outstanding! I highly recommend this place! Thank you for a great experience!

Atmosphere is dim but nice joint, kinda a sport bar type dim lit restaurant, staff is nice, we got the birria pizza and I’ll tell you we didn’t leave disappointed, we have had birria at many Hispanic joints and they were all terrible, here it was fresh and delicious, with a nice consume’ and awesome dough. Overall -A on our first but not last visit!

Thought we’d try a different place, so first time there. Host asked how many (3) looked at other host said “I don’t know where to put them” walked us to 2 different tables then back to front. Saw several open tables. Ended up in an awkward green booth difficult to converse with other party members. Waitress was nice but but service was mediocre. Everyone’s food came out at different time and wasn’t very good. Take away was Big Kels was a Big Disappointment, would be hard pressed to return

The wife and I decided to try Big Kel’s on a whim tonight and are glad we did. The space is pretty big and very clean and modern. It was pretty empty but that seems not unusual for early on a Monday evening. She got the margherita pizza and I got the sombrero burger. Got were super tasty! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive despite also having to take care of a big party that came in the middle of our meal. She was very communicative about that and made sure we were set for a while as well. We will be back!
