I had a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant. The food was prepared quickly, yet everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. I ordered the calzone and absolutely loved it—the sauce tastes homemade, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it really is!
My daughter ordered a pizza and said it was delicious. My friend got a hot sub and she couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. And you must try the tiramisu—it’s the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great Italian food and excellent service!

I was asking the family what sounded good for dinner. One of my sons said he was in the mood for Italian food, while the other specifically mentioned spaghetti and meatballs. That got me thinking and I realized I was craving pizza.
I searched for local Italian restaurants and came across “Big Joe’s Pizza & Pasta.” After reading many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try and placed a to-go order. I had never been here before, but the gentleman who answered the phone was courteous, helpful, and even walked me through the best dinner deal for my family. He also provided an estimated pickup time, which was appreciated and accurate upon my arrival.
When I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and inviting ambiance of the restaurant. The staff immediately recognized me by name and had my order complete with a couple of sides of bread to go along with the pepperoni pizza and spaghetti plates. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the experience smooth from start to finish.
I’m looking forward to coming back, but next time, we’ll dine in and enjoy the full experience with the family. Thank you to Big Joe’s Pizza & Pasta for a great first impression!

I gave a 3 stars based on the lasagna I had. It was cut up pasta sheets mixed with meat sauce topped with melted mozzarella cheese. There was no ricotta cheese layers, not the traditional layered lasagna w of meat sauce and ricotta cheese. I would not get again. My husband and daughter had the chicken fettuccine alfredo and the sauce was delicious.

They have the best pizza in Texas! My family has been eating here for over 25 years! My kids voted this the best pizza they’ve ever had. They are a family owned business with generations of chef’s. Check them out and you can taste the difference!

If I could give this place more stars I would. The staff is absolutely friendly and inviting. Like coming home to a family that is glad to see you again. The food was 10/10. If you haven’t been here then you are missing out. The bread is so fresh and soft inside but crisp outside. Best Italian place for the money hands down.

Our first time at Big Joe’s Pizza. We had a medium pizza with pepperoni, jalapenos and pineapple. It was delicious. The garlic bread with cheese was accompanied by sauce and it was also good tasting. For the appetizer we had the Greek salad. I love all my veggies. The establishment is family oriented and also for large gatherings in the patio area. We’ll return and try something different next time around. The menu has a large variety of options.

Order and pay at the counter, then have a seat and wait shortly for your delicious meal to be delivered to your table. Great value and hospitality await you here at Big Joe’s, not to mention the good food. We thoroughly enjoyed a slice of pizza each and we split a lasagna. If you find yourself on this side of town, stop at Big Joe’s. You won’t be sorry.

The food came out hot and ready we were met with friendly attitude as if we’ve been there a million times. Everything tasted amazing it was all fresh and my lasagna literally out still bubbling that’s how fresh and hot it was. Truly one of the best Italian places in Texas. Highly recommend this
