I’m from Queens, NYC and this pizza is as good as my neighborhood pie spot! It’s literally the best pizza I’ve ever had outside of NYC and better than some places in NYC!
The lady who helped me place my order was friendly and helpful. I ended up with a small pie which was DELICIOUS!! I couldn’t decide between the pizza or a stromboli. I’ll go back tomorrow for lunch and get the stromboli.
The owner appears to be a big football fan. Numerous jerzees hand on the walls in the restaurant.
Outside there is plenty of parking.

Stopped by for the Tuesday wing special. Added a few slices and grabbed some extra wings to go. The wings were perfect! We ordered xtra crispy and they were superb! Soooo saucy, so crisp but still tender inside, and soooo good! I got the ATOMIC and asked for as hot as they could make them. Here’s the only soft spot in their wings: heat. While they were very tasty, and did put some tingling to my tongue and lips, overall it wasn’t worth the extra buck. If you’re looking for flavor with a fair amount of short-lived burn they’re perfect for you. I just wanted a little more pain. They rest of the order was spot on perfection. We will be going back again even though there are places closer just because this was done just so right. Keep it up Big Jays!

Are really nice. Today January 30, 2026 I ordered chicken riggies and fries. I got home and ready to eat the riggies, I took few bites and almost half way of my plate my girl found the longest hair in the their chicken riggies. And now my girlfriend won’t eat there anymore because of the hair she found in her food. BIG JAY please fix it, I’m pretty sure your other customers won’t like it if they find hair in their food.

Today I decided I wanted a chicken cesar wrap and ordered one from Big Jay’s I noticed that they have fried cheese curd and decided to try that too. The wrap was huge! I had trouble finishing 1/2! Flavor was on point too! But the cheese curd with sweet chili dipping sauce stole the show! After eating 1/2 a wrap I couldn’t eat too many but they were fantastic! And that dipping sauce was perfect! I have never been unhappy with anything I have had a Big Jays, I think today has to be one of my favorites!

Every place that occupies this corner seems to be awful. Asked for the pizza crispy. Was listed on the receipt as such. This pizza looks like it spent 3 minutes in the oven. Check out my photos of the most undercooked pizza I’ve ever seen. What a waste of money. Maybe it was everyone’s first night so I can understand that. But I doubt it’s their first time seeing a pizza. Was told 25 min and waited 45. Dave Portnoy would bury this place with a 1.7.

Pizza was OK but bland. Crust was still soft so it’s being under cooked.I will give them another whirl but there are many better pizza places in the area.
Second and third visit pizza was much better and much more consistent. A little bit of confusion on the front of the house probably still working bugs out. But a good solid pizza.

Every time I get take out pizza at Big Jay, I am impressed how polite, friendly and accommodating the staff is. The pizza is good and flavorful. Big Jays realizes that customer service is very important! Good job.

The girl at the front counter is lovely, so sweet and such a kind smile. Great service. First time ordering even though I live and work next to it, but I will be back. My only issue was there was cheese on my salad even though I tried to take it off but only the blue cheese was removed. I’m lactose intolerant so this kinda sucked but I threw out the top layer and it was great! The girl at the front counter again was so lovely that even though either I messed up/they messed up I will be back. Lovely girl! Even asked if I needed a fork, got me a bag, etc.

We ordered on line and had it delivered. The food arrived timely and was warm. Everything arrived exactly as ordered and was delicious. The boneless wings with everything sauce were as ordered crispy with plenty of blue cheese. I will definitely order from Big Jays again!
