The best breakfast and the friendliest people around. You’re definitely not going to leave this place hungry. Excellent food and a down home atmosphere. If you’re in estes park and don’t eat breakfast here, then you’re definitely not having the best breakfast in town. Oh, and the pancakes are freaking huge. Like really huge so use discretion when ordering more than one of them. You’ve been warned they taste freaking awesome too

An unpretentious but good find at the end of the main shopping street. Lunch was a great deal as the entree comes with the soup and salad bar. The fried chicken was legit, although I wasn’t the biggest fan of the corn and lima beans side dish. Club sandwich was quite massive and kept well.

This is a great breakfast spot where the locals go as well, so you know it’s good! The waitstaff was very friendly and the food was amazing! The pancakes are huge and just the way I like them, a little sweet, light and fluffy with a slightly crisp outside. Highly recommend!

After a look at several reviews of local eateries near me for lunch in Estes Park, CO, I was pleased to learn about Big Horn Restaurant and the BBQ they had on the menu. The paved parking lot served a small strip of vendors. There were at least a couple of dozen cars there, and that’s usually a sign that a place has good food.

I have to see that the meals we selected were delicious, well cooked, and vet satisfying. We left the restaurant truly fulfilled. If you’re in the Estes Park area, I highly recommend you visit this facility and have a great meal.

First time here at the Big Horn Restaurant, and have to say I’m quite impressed. I’m from Houston Texas, and being from there I’ve been to my fair share of good breakfast places. This place though definitely has a special place in my heart as it reminds me of the home cooked meals I used to have has a kid. I got 2 sunny side up eggs with hash browns, bacon, smoked ham, and toast. My wife got the chicken vegetable soup. Both of our meals were fantastic, and I tried a bit of her soup and it was as good as anything homemade I’ve fixed before. Truly impressed with this little spot, and will be sure to come back in the future when I’m visiting Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Our meal all together came to less than $30 dollars which I thought was a fantastic deal for all the food we got. Great place to get some breakfast or lunch. Highly recommend this Restaurant!

My wife and I had breakfast here twice while visiting Estes Park. Good sized portions, fast service, and a nice cup of coffee. The biscuits were a nice surprise!
