The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I had the French dip sandwich and it was the fattest French dip sandwich I have ever had. The au jus that came with it was slightly thicker than what I expected, but it had a deep taste that went so well with the sandwich. Absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly and they got our order out quickly. Would definitely prefer to go here than to other fast food places surrounding this little gem. Will definitely be back again!

I always love coming here, the owner is really nice. The food is amazing and the portions are very generous. The prices are more than competitive if not better than most other fast food places. 15/10 would recommend!!

I really enjoy the variety of Mediterranean type food. The Gyro and the Falafel were huge in size. The hummus and pita was also very good and tasty. I believe many of the salads, hummus, and other side dishes are fresh made. I haven’t had a deli sandwich yet but I’ve found my local restaurant for Mediterranean food. Popular location for lunch. About 9 diners in tables to choose from.

No frills food spot with great sandwiches and plates, generous portions, and a nice local town feel.
I had the Chicken Shawarma plate and my friend had a Philly Cheesesteak. Neither of us got close to finishing (we’re not the biggest eaters).
The food was tasty. I asked for “mild” spicy and it had just the right amount of kick.
Definitely a must try if you’re in the area.

Support local! This family deli & sandwich shop is surrounded by chain fast food, but it is a shining light of high quality, delicious, large portions. Homemade meal that hits the spot. Had the gyro wrap which was good sized and beef piroshki. Will visit again.

I really wanted to hate this place. They don’t have a public restroom. Absolutely in acceptable. But
The sandwiches are literally worth using the bushes behind the building. I mean, it’s ugly, and campy, and looks like it’s from the 90’s in a bad way. But wow. One of the best pastrami sandwiches I’ve had in years!! And the price is decent. Not cheap. But not terrible. I’ll be back!

I cannot believe I am just now finding out about Big H Deli! Tucked away is this amazing place where food is elevated to art.
I had the pleasure of meeting Ed and his staff tonight and they are the nicest people. The cashier was a very nice lady who took great care of us.
We ordered 2 spicy chicken schwarma wraps with the works. I was also treated to some of the cucumber and tomato salad and a sample of the amazing roast beef and to top it off a baklava. I have never had chicken that was so fresh and so flavorful. The wrap included tomatoes, lettuce, onion and cucumber in a sauce that kept getting better with each bite.
This is now going to be my go-to place for delicious and fresh food. I noticed that most people that were coming in are regulars…good thing my buddy Etienne told me about this place because I am now gonna be a regular.
You have got to try the food here…you won’t be sorry. The sample of the roast beef was so tender and the sauce they put on it reminded me of my grandmother’s slow roasted roast beef with gravy. These folks make food with love and you can taste the difference. 10 stars if I could!!!

Absolutely fantastic. I got the gyro, but I honestly wish I got the pastrami sandwich like my husband did. It was very clean and welcoming, and the portions really make the value of the food here top tier.

With a $3 tip the total was $27 for a Reuben, medium potato salad, and a drink.
The pastrami was room temperature, the cheese barely melted, and the Thousand Island sparse. But there was a LOT of pastrami!
The potato salad was bland. Even adding mustard didn’t help it much.
The drink was as expected. It was soda. They serve Pepsi products.
Some minor tweaks would make this a much better experience.
