I normally would never write a review like this but decided for it because it was my birthday. Me and my fiancé decided to eat here for my 21st birthday!! I was tired, so we got pickup and they were a little busy so the wait was kind of long, but I didn’t mind because we had a large order(two drinks, two entrees, two cake slices, was about 62 DOLLARS worth, note we usually leave a tip as well), which they seemed slightly upset about. My fiancé also mentioned to them that it was my birthday. We finally got the food and drove home to eat it. I have contamination anxiety and I’m also vegetarian so I ALWAYS check my food whenever we eat out. Turns out my fear was true as there were thick, black, HUMAN HAIR CLIPPINGS in BOTH sides of my VEGETARIAN sub. It’s kind of hard to see in the video but it was all throughout the whole sub, mixed in with the veggies. I sent my fiancé in for a refund because there’s no way I’m eating ANY of this, it was very expensive for a dinner for two and if the vegetarian dish has human hair? I wasn’t sure about ANY of the other stuff, so we brought it all back in(drinks were fine). The guy at the counter, who is there EVERY time we go in, acted like we were lying and put it in there ourselves??? Very insulting.. He claimed no one that worked there has black hair??? Like be so for real, HE had black hair…. Me and my fiancé both have really long, light colored, relatively thin hair in comparison to these clippings. This was THICK AND DARK HAIR? and maybe even one blonde hair???? I have NO CLUE how this could have gotten into a VEGGIE SUB…. It looks like someone clipped their hair in the back directly into my sub somehow.. anyways he asked for a refund and the guy at the counter said they don’t do refunds and if we wanted one we could get store credit for the one dish, OR we’d have to come back way later whenever they closed to talk to the boss, like no. First off, I’m never eating here again after this. Second, It’s my birthday, I’m not waiting around multiple hours for this??? I’m hungry(as hungry as one can be after this) and we waited a long time for this food in the first place. Note, we don’t live in Bristol, so we drove all the way up there and wasted our gas for this. So we said forget it and just left. We even left some of the food there when we left, not that we would have eaten any of it anyways. Over 60 dollars wasted just like that. Almost ruined my 21st birthday. We left and ate at cootie browns instead, MUCH better experience all around there, they even had the cake I like.

Went to this location today and the two ladies that were there were great for their privacy. I won’t mention their names but if you want a great place with great atmosphere, great food and people who aren’t dry and love to talk to you and treat you like family then this is the perfect place for you to be wheelchair accessible. Plenty of dining room seating available. Great tasting food couldn’t ask for better and the place was clean. Also service with quick and fast. Didn’t take too long for the food to get to your table. Hot fresh tasteful mouth-watering delicious pizza will definitely be back again soon. Very soon you should try it

Food is outstanding! Will probably order to go in the future though. Clearly that is more of what this establishment is meant for, we just did not know that going in. Still yet, the service was speedy and kind. Portions were HUGE. Garlic knots with cheese were a 10/10. Overall felt we got a great value for the price.

This is our favorite local pizza place. Everything that my family and I have had are great. They have a great menu to choose from. Pizza, wings, cheese sticks, garlic knots, burgers, fries, chicken tenders, salads, pastas, calzones, mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms and subs are some of the yummy foods we’ve had from there. If there’s ever been a problem (which for us has been rare), they’ve been so helpful to resolve the issue quickly. Definitely recommend them!

Always loved Big Guys. Best pizza in town. Cheese steaks are delicious. Never had anything bad from them. Staff is always wonderful and friendly. Only hint of a problem was when the school next door would let out and the kids would gang out at the restaurant. They’ve taken care of it since, not their fault.

Wow! My mom said this place was good, but she was so wrong. It’s pretty great! The food was delicious and hot! The portions were insane and the prices are amazing! This is a great little gem in Bristol. I’ll be back when I’m visiting mom and her boyfriend!

I normally love the pizza here, but my last two visits have been disappointing. This time, the crust was burnt and overly greasy. I also had to wait a few minutes before being handed my two pizzas, which probably should’ve come out of the oven about five minutes before I arrived.
The flavor was still okay, so we ate it because we were already home and hungry…but the quality just wasn’t what it used to be. This used to be my go-to spot for pizza, but I may have to look for another favorite.

Consistently awesome food! The 1/2 pound hamburgers are huge and juicy! The pizzas are nothing short of amazing! We love the big portion salads with fresh, crisp vegetables!! Highly recommend!!

We ordered off of the Slice app. Describes an option as stuffed crust pizza. Apparently that means stuffed pizza to completely different things. We are very appreciative to be able to order on Christmas Day, and thank that it was open. We have to try again on a different day to raise stars.
