Delicious bbq. Exceptional grill master. All the meats were moist and full of flavor. All the sides seem like just boring bbq items, but they were all so tasty. I really like the green beans.
They sell out most days, so get there early. It is also very hard to find. Look for the huge old pow wow trading post sign on the corner.

Brisket is smoky and very flavorful. Absolutely delicious mac & cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. We definitely go back but sadly, I’m just driving through. Definitely recommend.

Truck driver here. Great tasting BBQ friendly and courteous service. Brisket was delicious. Had a nice smoke ring. Wonderful flavor and tender. Mac and cheese was amazing. There’s parking for your rig across the street behind the corral.

Got the bbq brisket and collard greens yummy ☺️ this is damn good cant wait to get a chance to try everything they have. Have to say one of the best places in holbrook to eat! They had amazing service! Friendly people! My husband and I will definitely come in more often.

As I was driving through Payson on my way here to Holbrook. I couldn’t make up my mind whether to stop and eat at one of the diners in Heber-Overgaard or Holbrook. Once I saw the BBQ spot listing…my mind was made up.
I ordered the pork ribs with baked beans (ground beef mixed in) and the Mac & Cheese. I had a Brat link, too. I got back to my hotel, and all that food was gone in minutes. Tasty and Delicious! I took a picture after I began eating…
On my next stay in town, I’ll try something different. Give it a try, folks. The food was great.

Super good BBQ! Cute restaurant run by a Dallas native, so you can expect nothing but the best BBQ. Kitchen is open and you can see all your food is homemade. 10/10 would return! Even allowed our small dog inside!

I love some good authentic BBQ and this place delivered. The owner was super friendly and he takes the time to create some delicious food. The collard greens were the best I’ve ever had, and the spice on the brisket was perfect. Next time I roll through town I will make sure to stop in here again.

This place is delicious. We had the pulled pork. We know pork and you will not be disappointed. The coleslaw, beans, and green beans were all phenomenal. The owner was very kind. I’m sure the locals know what a gem they have. If you’re like us and passing through, you must stop in and eat here.
