Yes, they are very attentive. Service is great. But, the real beauty here are the flavours. Everything we ate exploded with amazing flavours. And their portions are generous! A tip-order something with The Roll. It’s a hidden dessert. So good, you’ll be amazed. We loved all of it.

I wanted to find a nice place to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Based on a positive Google Maps score and reviews, this place exceeded my expectations.
Talking to the owner I learned they have been open just over a year. It used to be a Subway sandwich place, but you would never suspect it by the tasteful decor. All the clocks are set to ten after twelve representing their opening last December tenth.
Our waitress was very nice and explained in detail the menu options.
The food was great and reasonably priced compared to other places we ate in PCB.
They prepared a birthday dessert plate for my wife.
I left a 25% tip which is very unusual for me. I can’t emphasize the quality and value of this restaurant.

PERFECT! This place is a real gem! I had Cajun Eggs Benedict and Crawfish Étouffée (to go) and the food was beautiful, fresh, and delicious! I feel it’s a safe assumption that everything is delicious here.
Staff was lovely and did everything just right, and the atmosphere is gorgeous! I was even lucky enough to get to see Jamah Terry perform his incredible talent of being a one-man-band by playing ALL the instruments himself, building the song layer by layer AND singing!
This was the BEST experience and I am absolutely putting this place in my favorites! Thank you for taking such pride in the establishment!

The Big Easy is an unexpected gem. Really great ambience. The beignets are absolutely delicious, and the food overall is a solid 10/10—with no MSG used in ANY of the dishes, which I really appreciate. Nothing on the menu disappoints. The atmosphere feels just like New Orleans, especially surprising for the area. From what I understand, it’s owned by the same folks as Saltwater Grill, and the quality definitely shows. Great music, great vibe. Will definitely be back.

I love the atmosphere! Kind of funny, ate here shortly after I got back from actual New Orleans, and this restaurant is inspired by New Orleans. They don’t have many veg options, but I do appreciate that their vegetarian pasta actually tastes like a cohesive dish. The flavors work really well together, it wasn’t just a random assortment of plants that some places default to for meatless dishes. It was very tasty!! The bread they serve with the dishes is very unexpectedly sweet, but isnt overpowering. Pairs well with the dishes. The bread pudding is delicious! Moreover, our server was a lovely person! Great service, great atmosphere, great food. Only downside was the appetizers were sort of “mid.” But the entres were great.

Me and my wife have visited twice. We recommend the shrimp Pontchartrain and the fried green tomatoes are a must have. The bread pudding is really amazing. One small critique I believe it’s missing some kind of bourbon glaze or caramel sauce.

My second time at this restaurant and i’m sure i will repeat again soon!
We had the steak, fried chicken and chicken jambalaya. DELICIOUS! as a appetizer we had the boom shrimp and the fried green tomatoes, service was great, food came out quick and the atmosphere was great.
The restaurant itself is beautiful for a dinner with your family or a romantic dinner.
For dessert you can’t leave without trying the bread pudding so good.

I’m so sad. I wanted to like this place soooo bad. I love New Orleans food! Took the wife here on date night. What did I dislike? The gumbo was ok but a bit cold, more like room temperature. The deviled eggs WERE NOT GOOD. They use cream cheese (why?) for the filling, absolutely zero flavor. Zero. The cheese grits were good.I was going to order the chicken fried chicken entre’ then found out it ls chicken fingers! Not bone in real chicken. How is this New Orleans style? It isn’t. I think the owner needs to spend the weekend in New Orleans, its only 4hrs away. Our bartender was cool and the place has a GREAT ambiance. Sadly the food is lacking. Great service, poor execution on the menu. I would give this place 2 Stars but the staff and our bartender were awesome. Damn.

My family came to Big Easy for Christmas Eve dinner because we wanted something a little different, and it was a great decision! Half of our group hadn’t tried Cajun food before and ended up absolutely loving it! Every dish was great, the service was so nice, and the vibe of the place is very cool. I felt like I was back in New Orleans again. Even though you’re definitely going to be full after eating your entree, do yourself a favor and order the beignets!

My husband and I came here on a short weekend getaway. I was so excited to try this place. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The food is delicious! We had the fried green tomatoes for an appetizer and it did not disappoint. The decor is amazing and very moody! It is very loud in there so be prepared for that. The only suggestion I have is that you offer a basket of rolls with cinnamon honey butter for an appetizer. I heard the table behind us talking about how good they were. I am a sucker for good bread. I ordered one and let me tell you….one of the best rolls I’ve had in my life!! I highly recommend this new restaurant. Wishing them the best of luck in years to come!
