Came here for valentines day and although the tables are pretty close together and atmosphere casual. The service was great. Our food took forever to come out after ordering starters however the staff vocalised this to us apologised for the delay and gave us some complimentary prosecco. Food was A M A Z I N G, well we throughly enjoyed our steaks, lobsters were on the small side but I will say overall the steak made up for this. Drinks were lovely aswell as they didn’t water them down and we were of course happy by that. I didn’t taste the coconut on my coconut shrimp but we appreciated how fresh the prawns were. Will definitely be returning.

I dine in this restaurant regularly, and recently found out the lunch menu is a good value for money but quality doesn’t compromise.
I tried couple of things on different days. As always, attentive service, generous portion and delicious food.
The fries and the milkshake were the highlight
I highly recommend the fried calamari and lobster & shrimps sandwich.
I would not recommend mussels, they were not quite fresh and too salty.

A fantastic addition to the London food scene! We have had BBQ at locations all over London and this restaurant is on par with The Hard Rock and Gordon Ramsey.
Started with Jalapeño peppers and Voodoo chicken wings.
The Main included the Big Platter for two. We request extra ranch and BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce was delicious, just the right amount of vinegar and sweet.
The Triple Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream and Fudge Sauce was Divine!!!
Mike our server was sweet and attentive without over engaging.
Recommend adding it to your list of restaurants to try.

A great casual restaurant, ideal for a bite before going to watch a match at stamford bridge. The staff is very friendly and service is quite quick. The food is also great… try the signature dish, half lobster!

Came for a lunch and was really pleased with the lunchtime menu. The deal with drink included was perfect as I wasn’t starving and was good to have a taster of several things on the main menu. Plus the price is a really good for what you get so I’ll definitely be back!!

This isn’t our first time here, but sadly, we were very disappointed this round. We ordered the 1.5 lb lobster it wasn’t fresh, with less meat and a crumbled texture. The mojito tasted overly minty, missing the rum flavor, so I returned it and ordered another drink. Unfortunately, there was no concern or follow-up from the manager, Service quality has really dropped no attention or care for customer feedback.
I used to be a fan of their lobster, but not anymore. Big Easy really needs to improve both food quality and service.

Its a very nice place to bring family & friends. Lots of family dining, very good place to spend time w/ the loved ones.

We went to an American-style place next to the cinema, just to have a couple of drinks before our film started. It took them a long time to prepare the drinks, and when they finally brought them, they brought a beer instead of the cocktail we ordered. By then, it was too late to change it. At some point, they asked if we wanted to order food, and when we asked whether the brisket would take long, they said yes—which was lucky, because we probably would’ve missed our movie. Overall, the service wasn’t good, and the whole experience was just okayish. Definitely not somewhere I’d go back to

We tried the lobster bake and really enjoyed it both the flavor and the sauce were great. Brenda and Hamit were very attentive and made the experience even better.
