Easily in my top 3 burger joints in Perth. They make some really darn good chicken burgers! Their generic chicken burger is easily top tier by itself, with an absolutely huge piece of chicken taking the limelight, with a slightly tangy sauce and lettuce complimenting it amazingly! The ‘Big Bad Wolf’ is also amazing, with bacon and beef being added to an already solid base. Definitely not good for the arteries but amazing none-the-less. The chips are hand cut and not my personal favourite, but others I go with rate them very highly. Staff are also incredibly friendly!

Absolutely mouthwatering tasty food. The hand cut chips are incredible with whatever seasoning that they put on there. My order was quite challenging/difficult/fussy and he taylored it exactly to my needs. Highly recommend this place if you want a great value for money feed. We will be going back again for sure.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s only fair to provide honest feedback for the sake of other high-quality restaurants with 4.5 stars and above.
First, the chips were extremely oily and tasted off. They seemed to have been refried more than once or even twice , which left them unappetizing—I ended up throwing away two large portions, unfortunately. What a waste!
The burgers were disappointing as well, with the meat edges burned rather than properly cooked. This left them with an unpleasant, charred taste.
The chicken wings were decent, though they could have been much better with a smoky BBQ flavor.
On a positive note, the staff was polite and friendly, particularly the two young women at the front, which I appreciated.
For the quality of food offered, the prices felt unreasonably high. I believe a 4.7-star rating isn’t a fair reflection of this restaurant.

Definitely the best burger I’ve had in Australia! The meat is high-quality and juicy, portions are generous, the vegetables are fresh, the chips are handmade, and the sauces are unique and pair perfectly with everything. Big plus for the excellent vegan pattie option. Highly recommend if you’re in Perth!

I am a bit picky when it comes to burger joints. Just to be clear, i would recommend this place to others…and i will go back for food. The staff were good, food was hot and well prepared. Not oily or greasy & really good portions for money
Just a couple of things i believe are room for improvement:
– Burgers: More seasoning for the patty would drastically improve the overall experience. Buns were a little cool in comparison to the rest of the ingredients
– Tenders: More seasoning is needed. The size of the tenders and juiciness were awesome though.
– Chicken wings: A way to make them slightly more crispier?
These are just my personal opinions…and they probably don’t mean that much, but hey…I felt like giving a review.

I just sussed Big Dog’s Burgers for the first time and they didn’t disappoint. Got the double cheeseburger deal meal, the burger was definitely top 3 in Perth for sure. I’ve never had chips like this from anywhere, they where that good .

Absolutely stunning burgers! Got their staple double cheeseburger as well as a chicken burger and chips. Cheeseburger was fantastic! Chicken Burger was great!
Chips were very average… Between the 4 or 5 of us, no one enjoyed them and they went unfinished. Would reconsider getting a burger meal or chips here if you’re not a fan of the authentic, thick hand cut chips. They were underwhelming and lacked flavour. Order took quite a while to come out, so prepare ahead for a 10-15 min wait.
I’ll definetly be back for more burgers, but will hold out on the fries. Do yourself a favour and check this sweet joint out! 4/5

Food is good but online system is not great. It allows you to order for takeaway without telling you that the restaurant is closed in the middle of the day or certain days of the week so you don’t realise until you pay that your order won’t be ready for hours or days and there is no means to cancel so you just have to either forfeit the money or get the food when you don’t want it. I’ve done this twice (my bad second time) but think it’s worth warning others.

I asked Tom the front man for a recommendation and he delivered!
I had the aristocrat a tasty burger with blue cheese and a combo.
The blue cheese was on the sweet spot where it enhances the meat flavour instead of overpowering. The chips were thick cut and salty, just as they should be :D.
Quite a cool place to try and likely to come back for a chill afternoon meal.
