Big Dog Daddy’s, a welcome new addition to the neighborhood, hits all the right notes. The spacious interior impresses immediately with soaring ceilings and a gleaming new bar surrounded by comfortable seating that invites you to settle in for a while.
The menu delivers solid American classics without pretense. Each dish we tried was satisfying, with prices that won’t make you wince when the check arrives. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a quality meal without the usual markups that come with new restaurants.
The curated soundtrack of ’60s and ’70s hits plays at just the right volume—present enough to enhance the atmosphere but unobtrusive enough to allow conversation to flow naturally. Big Dog Daddy’s strikes a nice balance between laid-back and polished, making it an easy choice for both casual dinners and relaxed gatherings.

Even good arrive is hard to find…well walked in here and received GREAT service! Staple for wings, pizza, burgers, and beer. Beautiful building -sweet location off just enough off the beaten path. Lots of entertainment for kiddos and or adults. Fantastic owners – extremely hard working great people.

We arrived and sat at the bar and were asked by the bartender if we wanted menus. Menus and coasters were dropped off, and then they walked away—no smile, no greeting, no asking how our day was or if we wanted something to drink. After several awkward minutes, a waitress noticed us behind the bar, asked if we’d been helped, and then took care of our drink order.
We both ordered tap beers. They arrived warm, with excessive foam, and without frosted or chilled glasses.
We later placed a food order for the new deep-dish pizza. Someone from the kitchen eventually came out to ask what style we wanted, and we specified Chicago deep dish. What arrived was not that. It appeared to be a Detroit-style pizza with an overcooked/burnt crust and cold toppings. Given the condition and that it was the wrong style entirely, it honestly should not have been served.
I understand this is a newer place and that there can be growing pains, but this visit was early afternoon and the bar was not busy, which made the experience more disappointing.
On the positive side, the pull tabs are unique with a machine that pays out winnings, which is fun. There are casino-style machines, pool tables, a quarter game, and multiple dart boards. The space itself is wide open and inviting, the liquor selection is solid, and the bathrooms were very clean.
There’s definitely potential here, but service consistency and food execution need improvement.

Don’t walk, run here! Amazing food!! Hand prepped with care. Best fried mushrooms I have ever had. Burgers were great! Servers were attentive and willing correct any mistakes.

My husband and I came here for the first time last Friday. We had the fish fry and it was AMAZING! The pieces of fish were huge and delicious. Our server, and the cook that brought out our food were very friendly and great. We will definitely be back!!! Very happy to see they have breakfast and hoping that with the menu expansion they will have chicken sandwiches!

Food was really good. The place is clean and welcoming. Servers definitely are new and it shows. Waited a while to order, she knew nothing on the menu, if you needed a refill or anything good luck.

Great food, great looking place but, we waited almost an hour for our food on a Sunday afternoon. The young lady that waited on us really didn’t want to talk to us, and we had to park on the side of the road because the parking lot was flooded.

Our food was delicious, everything was served quickly by friendly staff who were so fun to talk to. We had a great conversation with owners who were extremely kind and excited to share information about the menu with us. We tried appetizers, burgers, soup(HOMEMADE), cocktails, and dessert!!! Seriously delicious!!

I think they intended to draw a lot of bikers to the bar, but unfortunately everybody just seems to pass through and not stop in.
I recommend stopping in.
I’d much rather eat here than Ole’s in Maiden rock.
Ole’s got to be outrageously priced.
Between the two, the food is probably a bit better at Big Dog Daddy’s, especially the fries, but they’re selling it at a more reasonable price at Big Dog Daddy’s.
The drinks are reasonable too.
I’ll be a repeat customer, that’s for sure.

Went over weekend and had some lunch ,bloody mary was ok but for 7 dollars I was expecting something a little better than served in a plastic cup, 2 of the smallest olives I’ve ever seen and a soggy pickel spear ,then on top of that had to pay 2 more dollars for a chaser., the bartender I think her name was Jessie? , very unpersonable , came to take order and just stood there and stared almost like she was in a fog . The owner was very nice ,and the place is nice.
