The absolute best BBQ I’ve ever had. From the ribs to the brisket, sausage and pulled pork. All of the meats were tender, juicy and extremely flavorful. All of the seasoning melds perfectly with the meats. The barbecue sauce and Carolina mustard are exquisite. Nothing overpowers each other flavor wise and you taste it all. The mac n cheese is beyond amazing and pairs well with everything I had. Even the coleslaw is amazing and delicious. The restaurant is extremely clean with a friendly staff. I couldn’t ask for a better place to eat today. I only wish I could have eaten more, but I left full and happy. I will definitely have to go there from Midland again and again.

Stopped by for first time and got a pound of brisket that was EXCELLENT! I thought about not providing which meat so others don’t buy it out all the time, but I suspect their other meats are just as good…lol. Prices are reasonable and speed thru drive-thru was good. Service at the window was super friendly. I will be stopping by more regularly now going forward.

Definitely would recommend this place. At first I was iffy about the pricing but you get your money’s worth. I got the pulled pork sandwich with mac and cheese. The pulled pork is outstanding and you get so much of it. I got extra sauce on the side but it’s already so tender that I don’t need it. The mac and cheese is also good and has black pepper in it which I think is a must. All this for around 12 dollars and with a drink. Only criticism I have is with take-out the bottom bun ends just getting soggy underneath all the meat. Rather just construct the sandwich myself so that doesn’t happen. Overall, it’s a very nice place. I have come here twice and will continue to do so.

1st time! Everything was good. Portions were fair. Food was good. The pit beans could use a little more flavor. We did not see a meat sampler option on the menu, we thought this was something the owners should consider. Good BBQ is not cheap. Our order was a little pricier than expected.

We ate inside and took in the whole experience of finally enjoying great food at the long vacant diner. Wonderful to see the Big Dog set up at this location. The whole family is loving these delightful bbq meals! Good portions at a cost that is actually alot lower than I expected. The friendly staff will treat you right, try it and see.

So far? Zero complaints! Racks of ribs run out quickly, so get there early. Ribs are good. Brisket is good. Pulled pork is good. Mac-n-Cheese is phenomenal. Overall, I’ve been completely satisfied with the food and service. Nice to have good BBQ so close to home. Keep it up guys!

My husband and I are major foodies especially BBQ. He got the brisket, I got the pulled pork with collard greens our 5 year old got chicken strips. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my 5 year old try to get us to try something she was blown away at her chicken strips and wedges. Pulled pork and collard greens was amazing and husband really enjoyed his brisket and beans. All in all we will be back for more. It is pricey but you’d pay the same price at a chain restaurant for not nearly as good quality. Sauces were good just not my favorite. Hats off to a family ran business and damn good BBQ.

First time here, the brisket was tender and moist they let the flavor of the meat shine through without being overly seasoned. Quality homemade coleslaw 10% for church attendance on Sunday this place was great! Will be back!

Some of the best BBQ we have ever had! Had the ribs and Mac n cheese with their BBQ sauce. The ribs had the perfect smoke flavor and their sauce perfectly complemented it. Their Mac N Cheese was baked and so delicious! We can’t wait to try more on the menu but won’t be able to walk away without ribs.

It’s hard to find a good meal these days. My husband and I were looking for something different tonight. We got a pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese , onion rings and some cole slaw. We were 100% impressed !! From the customer service (young man taking the order tonight was great) to the food portions and the taste of the food ! Probably one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time ! Don’t change a thing . Thanks for a good dinner 🙂
