Yuck. Terrible greeting at the front door security, Julian was rude. Then the floor security stopped me from taking pictures of the nice casino, he asked to see my phone. The food at Dex was terrible, we waited quite a while even though we were only ones there. Everything was cold. The pancakes were 2 inches thick, gooey on the inside, scrambled eggs ice cold and runny.
We had to park kinda far because the lot was closed, not bad for exercise but if you’re in a hurry, kind of frustrating.

In only a few hours after this review, I was contacted and can report a great response. Just as I hoped, a convo and/or training with the employee without anyone losing a job or irrevocably harmed from disciplinary action. I thank them for the apology and feel confident it has been addressed

Just had to leave. Can’t speak on food quality since I didn’t even get to order. My hearing loss became a point of mocking and laughter between the employee and the other customer. At least the other customer apologized.

Camped there whent in for breakfast got there breakfast special. Eggs sasage and pancakes. Around 9 and they would only cook scrambled eggs and when we got are food it only took less then 5 minutes to get .and everything was cold wouldn’t even melt the butter .so I’m thanking every thing must have made ahead and not kept warm .will never eat there agine .

It’s a casino restaurant, so I didn’t have high hopes, but as it turns out, the food was really good. I had a burger and fries, and Tator Tots. Everything is done to perfection. But it is still a casino restaurant, so that is why I didn’t rate it higher.

Food is bad and the prices are high. Tried a hot dog and pizza both were not good. Only reason it got 2 stars instead of one is the convenience of being at the casino. Will not eat here again.
