Just stay away from this place! 1 star was the only option. Should be 0. The food was terrible. Burgers were burnt to a crisp…similar to a hockey puck! Our order was wrong. It was cold. The only solution this place can even offer and I would accept would be to refund my money or give me a visa gift card equal to the order amount. I’m certainly not going to use a gift card from this awful burger place!

Yikes! Do not waste your time effort or money! Horrible! $4 for soggy soggy extremely small order of fries. And $13 for a double cheeseburger that honestly tastes like they cooked the meat from frozen in the microwave…. Gross! And get this it’s written down on my online order on my receipt absolutely everywhere that I wanted onions tomatoes mustard and ketchup and cheese. The cheese well it’s like hanging off the side of the bun and it’s so crispy that I can’t eat it so there’s no cheese on the burger, no tomatoes, no onions and as for the seasoned fries there’s not even any salt on the soggy nasty wormy feeling fries! So I will not be doing this place again gross!

We ordered two cheeseburgers and a side of fries for dinner and had it delivered. One of the cheeseburgers was missing. The other cheeseburger was not only burned to a crisp (see photo), but there was no cheese on it. The fries were cold.
Clearly, no quality control exists here. I don’t even think they read the order. Won’t be back.

The worst burger’s! Rubbery and no taste. The only good thing about it was grub hub delivery! False advertising too. Says big deal burger when it’s actually Dickeys bbq. The fries were a waste of a bag. Maybe ten fries in it. Got 2 double cheese burger combo’s. One with fries and coke, the other with mac and cheese and dr pepper. Ordered a big yellow cup and never received it.

We ordered take out tonight and none of it was right. Literally none of it. And what we did get I wouldn’t even feed to my dog! It looked absolutely disgusting. We are now going somewhere else to get a second dinner since these people cannot get anything right. Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this place. I’m begging you don’t!! I have no idea how they are still in business. I should’ve listened to the other hundreds of reviews. Hard lesson learned. Never ever again!!!

Tried to order from their website for delivery, never received a confirmation email, but the tracker said it was on its way even though it was 45 minutes late. I called the restaurant and the worker was completely rude, I told him my order was supposed to be delivered at 130, he said yes sir, I said well is it on its way, he said yes sir, I said well do you by chance have my order sitting there on the counter it’s 2 burgers and 2 fries, he said yes sir. I said well is someone going to deliver it or just let it sit there, he said yes sir… So I told him to cancel the order he said yes sir then hung up without getting any of my information. First off I am a woman, and sound like one. I’ve never dealt with such a rude person who took no interest in doing his job. I wish I would have read the reviews for this location before ever trying to place an order, as they all show how this restaurant does not care about their customers or their own reputation. I will never attempt an order through this store ever again and I urge anyone else to not as well.

My burger patties were severely overcooked and didn’t have most of the toppings I ordered. After reading the other comments it looks like that is the normal experience for this place. The staff here seems to be disgruntled and doesn’t care about the food. I made a second attempt to order their food and it was equally bad. They just don’t make things the way their ordered. They refuse to make a burger the way you order it. I won’t order again, it was a huge mistake to order a second time. It is wrong every single time. The staff is just doesn’t care about the quality of food. Update: the owner left a message saying to email them about the issues, but I emailed and never got a response, so the messages from the owner are just for show, they don’t actually want to try and make things right.

Just tried this fantastic burger place and loved it! The burgers were perfectly juicy and packed with flavor. The fresh, innovative toppings were a delightful surprise. Friendly service and a cozy setting made the visit even better. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a great burger!

Saw frozen patties pulled out of a freezer as I was picking up my order. Immediately regretted ordering. Burgers were sick. Some burned they were so hard and omg, I wanted to throw up when I bit into it. Two other patties on another burger were pink inside….this is maybe a 1/4in patty…
Everything was trashed but the soggy fries that I turned into chili cheese fries with canned chili beans (100x’s better).
Also order was wrong.
