DON’T BE FOOLED THIS IS DICKIES!!! We 1st took a few minutes to realize that this wasn’t a new place. When I got into the restaurant there was a young lady who was complaining about her missing some items from her order. That made me check my order & I was missing things too. I had to explain to the lady that I missing a chicken sandwich & that the order wasn’t that my cheese fries had chicken in it. Everything about our order is dry & still wrong. We ordered The Nunchuck Norris Cheeseburger Combo & you can see by the picture that the burger was smaller that the other sandwiches we ordered at twice the price. Not only was the order wrong but everything was also cold. There WON’T be a 2nd time to give them a try. Please read the reviews, because everybody can’t be lying!

This place is horrible! Worst quality meat patty ! Not to mention all 4 patty’s on our order were extremely old & burnt! Not one of our burgers were made based ingredients stated on their menu ! The brisket fries are very small and not even worth the $9 they charge . Has potential, but at this point it’s obvious by the reviews, they’re not trying to improve! Save your money! $50 disappointment for 3 hungry folks .

Absolutely horrible I ordered a The Nunchuck Norris Cheeseburger Combo, what I got was a sorry cheeseburger. Dry, wasn’t even put together properly, Precooked and set aside in a warmer of some sort, ready to be thrown on a bun. I didn’t receive fried onions, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, nothing that was on the description, so completely false advertisement there. For 17 dollars I’d expect some sort of effort.. I think it’s safe to say I have given up on Big Deal Burger. And will not be returning nor recommending it at all.

Just received this order via Ubereats. Ordered the El fuego combo and cheese burger combo with jalapeñoscheese sauce. This looked wrong once the driver handed it to us. The fries looked like someone ate half of it. The drinks were flat. These burgers were cold and hard and pre-made. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Whataburger/Jack/ Mickey D…ANYWHERE where you will get more burger for less at a decent quality

Got there and was told that there is no way to order in person that all orders have to go through online. Despite me telling them that the credit cards won’t apply they told me I had to order online. Gave up. Well guess what? The credit card was charged even though an order never went through. Called and they said they never recorded the order. It is so sad that this is part of Dickie’s BBQ and their menu looks great but DO NOT waste your time trying to get food here because it’s impossible. What a joke.

My first time ordering here. I ordered single cheese combo with everything, paid $25 dollars for a burger with cold meat, cheese and bun. Did not know when I got there I needed to order online, waited 25 minutes for my order. I wish I could share the pictures I took. I would like to be reimbursed or food replaced hot for what I paid for.

Very dry burger when we came in 3 Mexican lady’s that worked there where on high alert like we was stealing after we paid 37.50 fries where over cooked not the right size portion bread for the burger was very hard. Ordered a number of different sandwiches through UberEats and have to totally agree with all the other 1* reviews. NOTHING came as advertised. Sausage burger was a cup of sausage, no sauce, bun, etc. Burgers were overcooked and dried out and not built at all like the description.
