I want to start by saying cheesesteaks are my favorite food, so I know a good one when I’ve had one. But I came here for the first time and ordered two 18-inch “Dave’s Way” cheesesteaks, both as combos. My total came to $89. I chose to spend that amount because of the amazing pictures and reviews I’ve seen and the reputation the restaurant has built. So I was genuinely excited to try it. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the quality I expected. When I got home and opened the sandwiches right away, they were so overloaded with cheese that they were literally glued shut. I had to rip the paper from the sandwich. The amount of cheese completely overpowered everything else, and there was little meat inside, nothing like the generous portions I’ve seen pictured online. The taste was horrible the presentation looked unappetizing. The balance was so off that we couldn’t even taste the meat, which made the sandwiches unenjoyable. I am so disappointed.
I do want to say that the customer service I received in store was absolutely amazing. The staff and cook was friendly and welcoming, and that part of the visit was excellent which is why I tipped. That’s why it’s even more disappointing that the food itself did not meet the same standards. And as a first time customer who came in with high expectations and recommendations from a close friend, I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the quality of food I received. I truly hope this isn’t the normal standard, because I would love for my experience to match the reputation that brought me in. Reached out tobthe company over a week ago and haven’t heard back since. Complete waste of $100!

Restaurant was very clean.. bathroom was nice and clean.. always important to me..As a foodie..I can say this is the best cheese steak I’ve had in years.. normally I have to go to NY or Philly to get a great cheese steak..not anymore..my new go to spot..the cheese steak egg rolls were definitely worth trying.. everything was hot and fresh..and very delicious I will definitely come back again!!

This place said Bogo on Uber Eats and I was being lazy so I decided to go for it.
Although the price was a little pricey I can say that they are worth every dollar.

The egg roll was actually really good, I was very skeptical because they gave it to me for free (probably wasn’t free) but it ended up being amazing.
Last thing that banana pudding looked amazing. I said I would save it for after the gym but my roommate ate it and said it was life changing.

First time here. This place didn’t disappoint. I tried Truffle shuffle, so juicy, so good. Cheessteak fries you can choose between beef or chicken. Chicken is a must. My wife got the regular beef steak with all the fixin. I loved my food so much had to take a another order to go. Definitely go check them out.

Overall best Cheesesteak I’ve had in Orlando. Generous meat portion. Fries are crispy and seasoned well. The organic Strawberry Dragon fruit drink was amazing. Overall great experience and will be going to this and the other location on a more regular basis ! Hand washing station is also really cool !

Stopped by this place on my lunch break today. Cashier was very friendly, even explained and answered all my questions on the menu thoroughly. Food was good, I ordered the $10 lunch special. I got the banana pudding as a dessert and it was delicious. Very reasonable prices too. I will be coming back.

Decided to try Big Dave’s out and i couldn’t have been more pleased. Walking in you get greeted with smiles Ary M was great! She made sure the food was good and brought it to my table. Banana Pudding? FIRE! Definitely will visit again!

Let’s start with the fundamentals, because most spots fail right here. The meat to bun ratio was PERFECT. Not stingy, not sloppy. The meat was chopped just right, seasoned just right, not bland, not salty, not trying too hard. Every bite was balanced like somebody back there actually cares about cheesesteaks and wasn’t just winging it.
I’m from up north and I’ve had an authentic Philly cheesesteak in Philly. I’ve got ONE spot I go to every time I’m there. Let me tell you something… this place dog walked that Philly spot with ease. No struggle. No debate. Just straight dominance.
Everything was done to perfection. The bread held up. The meat was juicy. The flavor kept building bite after bite. You know it’s serious when you slow down eating because you don’t want it to be over yet.
If Big Dave’s ever opens a location in Dallas, Texas, it’s GAME OVER. Add one on the West Coast too and just cancel everybody else’s cheesesteak dreams because the standard has officially been set.
