I wanted to love this place, I went on a rainy day, it wasn’t very busy but my to go order took 50 minutes, I was just passing through and wanted a good meal to go. The ladies up front weren’t very friendly and I was not greeted. I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 sides and it was $60 which I thought was pretty high, no drinks. Got in my car to drive away and my chicken fried streak sandwhiches were both burned, I tried to eat a bite and after 10 minutes of chewing I had to spit out as it was too chewy. Disappointed for sure.

Yummy! Everything was really good! We would definitely come here aging! We both ordered the pulled pork meal. The meat could have been warned up a bit more, still tasted great! The chili cheese fries were hot and fresh! The baked beans were more like pork and beans with onions and peppers, lots of good flavors. Our waitress was supper friendly and took good care of us! The boss lady was out of town and the crew was still doing fantastic! Good job Big Daddy’s!

Hubs and I shared a chicken fried steak “dinner” for lunch…great flavor, one of the best we’ve had. Fries and homemade coleslaw were good too, flavorful sauce on the slaw not runny. Took a blackberry cobbler home for later that was delish! Not too sweet with chunks of blackberries. Would definitely eat here again. Friendly staff, quick service on a Sunday in late April.

A group of six of us had dinner this evening. Four of us had thre catfish dinner and the others had other dinners. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely go again.

Quiet. Came in early on a Saturday 3Pm.
Drove from Tulsa to try the calf fries, was not disappointed. Traci was our waitress, she was attentive and polite. The calf fries were cooked to perfection. None burnt, not too much bread. The wife had the grilled shrimp po boy, shrimp is fresh!
Definitely worth the drive where ever you’re coming from 🙂

Passing thru, we checked the internet for local restaurants and found Big Daddies. It sounded great so we drove 12 mile’s out of our way to try it. I checked their website and it showed OPEN. So off we went — only to find it closed for the season. To the owner or manager, could you put that on your website please — closed for the season.

I called in to order breakfast and was told they only had buffet right now so I went make a plate from the buffet when I arrived no one was there. The buffet was no bigger than a stove top. I decided to go ahead and get some food because we were starving. The hashbrowns were mashed up tater tots. The biscuits were like hockey pucks and the gravy had a thick film over the top where it had been setting. after fixing a to go for my wife and me, I went to Pay and it was $34 for this crap. It was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had from a restaurant. We had give them another chance and now never again..

I ordered the chicken fried steak — it was really good. My wife liked the catfish too. It was a bit pricey, though. We were told kids’ meals came with drinks, but when we went to pay, we were charged for three drinks. The waitress said, “Well, it’s only $2,” but it added up to $6.75. If I’d known, I would’ve just ordered water for the kids.
My oldest didn’t even eat her cheeseburger because it was extremely burnt. We also ordered fried green tomatoes that never came out, and my plate didn’t arrive until everyone else was already finished eating.
