We called on 12/25/2025 to check hours of operation, as both myself and my roommate had worked a double until 9:30pm on Christmas. We then received a signed up text for discounts (did not know that a phone call resulted in signing up?). We submitted and were given a 20% off code. Upon arrival, told that would not be honored because of the day. However, coupon did not state that. Also given (and probably overcharged) for the wrong size pizza, but did not notice until arriving home. “Marinara” sauce tasted like hot sauce, so that was incorrect as well. Disappointed that you would jack up prices for Christmas. Consumer should not have to pay your wages. Heard staff tell a customer that a normal $6.99 cheese pizza would cost $15.99 today due to the day it was. That is outrageous and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for overcharging people because your company decided to be open. That is not the consumer’s responsibility, that is the business owner’s. REALLY APPALLED that you are taking advantage of your customers like this. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This is the season for giving, not taking advantage of the consumer. If I was able to give zero to negative stars, I would!

I’ve been coming to Big Daddy’s since I was a kid. At one point, I was here almost every other day. It was an easy, reliable spot for a casual pizza night.
Not anymore.
The prices have gone up significantly, and the quality has dropped just as noticeably. The food isn’t consistent, portions feel smaller, and it simply doesn’t taste like it used to. If prices were going up but the quality stayed strong, that would be one thing. But paying more and getting worse food? That’s hard to justify.
What used to be an affordable, laid-back night out now costs about the same as sitting down at Olive Garden — and for pizza, that’s a stretch.
I understand businesses need to make money. But there’s a difference between adjusting prices and alienating the customers who kept you busy for years. This place used to feel worth it. Now it just feels overpriced.
What happened to when they used to care for their customers and threw out killer deals like the $4 Monday’s?

Big daddy has the best ribs in the city especially the one on 6200 S. Kearns we eat there all the time and we are always happy and the salads are to die for this is some awesome food
