Ordered garlic cheese bread online, after picking it up & bringing it home i noticed the marinara sauce smelled off. almost like alcohol & felt like it was carbonated & bubbled when i stirred it. leads me to believe it had fermented due to it being old and or being left out. called and asked if anyone else had ever experienced this & the employee said no. they offered to remake it but once i had my partner go to pick up the new order they refused to make new bread & only gave him sauce, even though the whole ordeal started over half an hour before so everything was cold by the time he was back. the new sauce was significantly better than the first batch, but that doesn’t excuse it. very disappointing & will not be ordering from this location again

I just did a pick up order for pizza and when I got home my pizza wasn’t sliced right or cooked all the way. The pizza dough wasnt cooked all the way, had to put it in the oven and cook it longer just so that i didnt throw it away.

I ordered a pizza with some toppings on it and one of the toppings was supposed to have pineapple on it. I came into the store to pick it up and looked at the pizza and there was clearly no pinapple on it. I asked the associate if they had put it on there and they were confident there was pinapple on it. I had to argue with the guy bc i knew there was no pineapple on the pizza. His response was well we’ve changed it to bits of pineapple instead that’s why you can’t see it in there. I got tired of arguing and he clearly was not wanting to give me the pineapple i paid for. I got home and ate one piece of pizza and it definitely had no pineapple on the pizza. Mind you, I have had thousands of pizzas with pineapple on it so I know what pineapple on a pizza tastes like and i also have eyes. There was no pineapple on the pizza. Poor customer service and no pleasing the customer even when they paid for something and didn’t get it.

This place should be called Big Disappointment Pizza. It has quickly become the worst pizza place in Denver. Maybe the whole of Colorado. I will NEVER darken their doorway again, and I will actively dissuade people from wasting their money. I got more value out of the box the pizza was in over the “pizza.”
I ordered a 12″ pepperoni. Firstly, the pizza was so thin, it made New York style look thick. I swear they put a teaspoon of pizza sauce, and about three pinches of cheese on the dough. There were enough pepperonis to maybe cover my belly button. Secondly, the pizza was cold, even though I showed up literally ten minutes after I placed the order.
When I got the pizza, I opened the box and showed the woman behind the counter. I said “What is this? There aren’t any ingredients, and it’s cold.” She replied “Yeah, that’s how we make them now.” Then she turned her back to me and just walked away.
I was a regular of this place for years, but they have gone severely downhill. Their pizza is not worth $4. I would rather pay for Little Ceasars. At least they put ingredients on their pizzas.

Personally think this BIG DADDY’S PIZZA is thee BEST one out of all thee other locations, the nearby location ones FOR SURE BUT I would totally be willing to argue for this specific location due to their menu having a certain addition others do NOT…IF U GO TO THIS BIG DADDYS, DO URSELF THEE BEST AND TASTIEST FAVOR and order THE MIXED BERRY PIE!!! If u have had the cinnamon strusel on their dessert part of the menu on I think all other big daddy’s pizza, you might have a SMALL IDEA what ur in for hahaha THE MIXED BERRY PIE IS LIKE CINNAMON BREAD CUT INTO STICK LIKE SHAPES AND DRIZZLED WITH ICING AND THEN COVERED WITH REAL FRUIT, YESSS INDEED I SAID REALLL LOL, and costs like 10 bucks with taxes….seriously tho…USE CAUTION WHEN BUYING THIS!!!! ITS VERY VERY VERRRY ADDICTING AND if ur not careful you’ll be there at 3 am for JUST THAT NOT EVEN THEIR SUPER GOOD PIZZA…. not that I’ve done that or anything… was just a for instance warning bon appetite!

Super combo pizza was excellent! Veggie pizza also very good! A bit overpriced at $30 for a large, but they are BOGO in October, so that made it a good deal!

Ordered online. Due to another issue I wasn’t able to pick up the pizza. Shortly after the pick up time passed a very kind gentleman called me. I explained what was going on with the issue and he stated just let them know and the pizza would be remade. The other issue was resolved and I went to the location and was told by that employee I would have to pay for another pizza. Don’t waste your time and money ordering from this location. This is the last time I will ever order big daddy’s pizza.

This place is awsome!!! Its totally got the biggest pizza I have ever seen!!! The thing is almost 3 square feet!!! I have never seen, carried or eaten an pizza pie this BIG!!! Now I totally understand why they are named BIG DADDY’S!!! Yet have earned that title…
