We’ve been to this place a few times now, and every visit has been a great experience. The customer service is really good, and the staff are always friendly. On our last visit, one of the employees went above and beyond by helping my mom, who wasn’t feeling well, carry the pizza. He was extremely kind, cheerful. Little things like this really made a difference. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

This location is filthy. Everything needs cleaning; counters, floors, doors, even the cashier sneeze guard is oily and dirty. The young, unsupervised weekend employees don’t seem to care or take pride in what they are serving. The lettuce in the salad I brought home, was soggy, limp and brown. The garlic sticks had so much oil on them that they leaked all over my passenger seat and the other packaging. Whoever owns this franchise should have the place professionally cleaned. I might just call the county health department..

Giving a one star because zero is not an option. We recently ordered a 26″ pizza for a company Christmas party. Raz took our order over the phone two hours in advance. We ordered half pepperoni/jalapeno and half cheese. The half cheese was specifically ordered for people who for religious reasons do not eat pork. The pizza showed up with full pepperoni and half jalapenos. Several members of our group were unable to eat. We called and the manager (also Raz – claimed to be manager we are unsure if he really is) said they’d replace the pizza for a later day this week. We told him we’d be back either Thursday or Friday since we did not want to have pizza the next day. We called today and the manager (still Raz) said he never said he’d replace the full pizza since they only messed up on half the pizza they would give us an all cheese 18″ pizza. After a lot of arguing he said he would not replace the full order. Very disappointed in their customer service and will not be returning here. Nor will our company of 700+ employees.

Our company ordered pizza for our Christmas Lunch and when we go the pizza it was wrong. There are members on our team that will not eat pork because of religious beliefs and there was pepperoni on the entire pizza even though we ordered cheese. When we called we were told, After much arguing, that the Pie would be replaced. We were told we could order it this week. We called to get it replaced and were called liars and that they would not replace the entire pizza. Said that would give us an 18″ to replace a 26″. For mediocre pizza I am shocked about how horrible the customer service is and that they would lie to customers.

I was having a bad evening and thought I’d order pizza. They have a Valentine’s special for an 18-inch pizza, a 12-inch pizza, and a heart-shaped cake. It’s a buy 1 get 2 free deal. The 12-inch pizza was free, but the cake was only 5.20 off, AND its original price was 5.99. When my order arrived, the pizza was cold, and the cake was warm (not heated up gooey warm). I ordered the chocolate cake. The picture on the menu looked bigger than what showed up. At first site, it doesn’t look like a chocolate cake, but underneath the strawberry frosting was a chocolate cake. However, the size of the cake was minute at best. I took a picture with an empty beer can next to it for size. Both the cake and the beer can are the same size around. Seriously, $6.00 for this?!!!!

My wife and I come in every other week and we make the same order and that is a 18-in chicken barbecue Pizza in order of your mozzarella sticks and a 2 L of pepsi. Generally you guys are pretty good but the last two times we’ve come in the service has been rushed and the food has been sloppy. What’s worse is this time they were touching the cash and the food at the same time and thats not only unappetizing but unsafe. We called the store and didn’t get any help. We wanted our food remade with gloves and to be prepared with care. We aren’t asking for too much, we are just asking you to do your job right and with a little integrity. I left my phone number and my email with DePaul and I’m hoping to hear back from the manager as soon as possible. Otherwise I will keep calling back each day until I get through to somebody that will help me and not just push us off.
