Idk how this company can be #1 in anything!? First they didn’t deliver on time, when we called we couldn’t even understand what the guy was saying something about we have to wait 20 more minutes, the pizzas where made wrong, we wanted Xtra marinara, garlic parmesan & pesto and there was hardly any marinara and they didn’t add the other two !! Dry Pizza is Bad Pizza! When you can see the bread through the sauce there’s a problem! Also more money was taken out by this company then my order total!! WHY ?? Do not order from here! WE WILL NOT RETURNING AND FUND IS DEMANDED ..

It’s New Years eve, I placed an order an hour before close. Got there maybe 15 mins after I placed my order. They were extremely busy. They had this young dude with round glasses running register. They kid was juggling phone call after phone call, and a lobby full of door dashers picking up orders.
He was very professional, energetic and was obviously working very hard to make sure everyone got their orders and make customers feel valued. I had to wait like another 20 minutes it felt like, but I didnt care. Took a litter longer but the food was hot and taste amazing. I hadnt been to a big Daddy’s before and I was very pleasantly impressed. Thanks for the hard work and good tasting food guys.

Ordered the pesto chicken 14 inch pizza and it was very disappointing. Hardly any toppings. You will lose customers if this is normal. My pizza looked nothing like the pizza in your ad.

I order delivery here regularly. The food slaps. Quality is a big step above places like Little Ceasars and Dominos. The marinara dip is pleasantly spicier than most places (it’s becoming my favorite). If there’s any favorites I have, it’s the Nasty Boy with Jalepeno and Mushrooms, or The Coronary, and Bubba Bread with Marinara is an absolute must with every order.

I ordered three pizzas and a cheese bread 4 hours before it had to get delivered. After waiting 45 minutes from when it was supposed to be delivered we finally called. We were told that it was “out for delivery”. After waiting until the hour mark we finally went to the store to ask about the pizza. They told us it “had been delivered” once we confronted them with the fact that it hadn’t they back tracked and said that it was “out for delivery”. We insisted on a refund and stated we didn’t want the pizza anymore. They still have not refunded our money.Three hours after the scheduled delivery time the pizzas showed up at our door. HORRIBLE customer service. Would not recommend this store.

I ordered an extra side of marinara with my cheese pizza tonight. I got the extra marinara, but the pizza didn’t have any on it at all. It was cheese bread. Cut into the shape of a pizza. I am not happy. Thankfully I’m a member of the Mormon church, so I forgave them. My bishop says this is the Lord testing me. I leave this review in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

The food was good but when I went in to get my order, the person at the front counter was talking on his phone and didn’t get off to help me. I tired talking to him but he stayed on the phone. I asked him about the free cake promotion and he said you had to order online and I told him I did. He said he didn’t know then. He finally told the person on the phone to hang on because I wanted a side of ranch. I just think it was unprofessional..
